No I personally don't think that this is the end. I expect a rise after a few weeks when alcurex is opened. Not huge but 3 sat are very possible, and if the exchange is doing well maybe about 10 sat.

Guess what, besides this thread right here, I don't think ANYBODY is talking/writing about microcoin. Besides a couple blog posts from a month ago, when the outlook seemed more positive, there hasn't been any mention of this coin anywhere (exchanges not counted).
How do you want people to find out about MRC like this? Without new people buying into MRC, the only way is down.

This is all due to poor promotion.  I tried and tried to convince this community to promote, but every time I got attacked for not being patient enough. 

At the very least i agree with you, this coin need more promoting, or we will be stuck at the current price.

guys, remember that block reward has just started dropping..but in two weeks reward per block will be definitely low..but only mining diff and reward cannot increase the price themselves...we need good services, hopefully alcurex.com will help with this aspect of marketing.
However just try to put somw good words on the various trollbox: an example, yesterday i've made good propaganda and 5 ltc of buy were made..now if you look at sell orders LESS than 9 LTC would bring up price on chart from 60 to 90 almost..
Nobody has a few ltc or btc to invest on this? i would if i could have it now...just these days i ran out of money for this...i need to ait a week or so for my payday...so i'm losing a lot of cheap stuff!

I have bought up the price several times, but each time somebody just decides to dump 10x more.  I'm sitting on a ton of MRC that's now virtually worthless.  This focus on alcurex has really hurt this coin.

The coin is hurt? Really? Where has this thing "get rich quick" written over it? It was always said that it is a long term investment.
The impatient will be the only ones that will be hurt here.

MRC is not dead! I only think that the block reward in the "high reward stage" was too high. When the reward is at 10,000 it will be seen where the journey goes I'm in for the long run and I will try to find some more buyers. And always consider that big investors could boost up their own fund with buying up all cheap coin offers... But the biggest problem is the falling hashrate. It's essential to have a strong and secure network for MRC to be trustable - and that is not given because mining won't be very profitable in the future when the price stays so low. Please don't sell your coins now; it's our first investment where we cannot loose (meant for all people who bought at 1-2 satoshi). Thank you! And always remember that MRC is a way better name for a coin than (for example) Dogecoin (of course, i would buy dog food with it! ;-). With Dogecoin we have seen that marketing is more important than the name. What would be if we had a perfect name and marketing? We would have the perfect coin for all day transactions. And don't worry that price falls below 1 satoshi - i will buy ALL coins for 1 satoshi P.S. Are there any other germans here?
