I want to invest  $500 in crypto market. I have studied a little bit about the market. As I am not experienced in this sector, I am a little bit confused where should I invest?
I know my capital is too little.
Would it be wise to invest in Alt coins?
Or should I go for the ICOs?

You can choose from the top coins in coinmarketcap , there you will see the best altcoins that is best to buy and invest , etherium is one of the best altcoins invest because etherium has the biggest potential amongst altcoins to gain more profits just like the bitcoin. From the top 10 or top 20 coins in the coinmarketcap your capital can buy altcoins that can be doubled or even tripled your capital in return.

Not in terms of earnings, but in terms of reliance, it would be better to choose the top coins. We are all aware of what the last days are. Scam projects, shitcoins have increased.

Your best bet is to look toward the direction of BTC and ETH. The two hold the highest first and second positions respectively in best investment grounds. Though long term, you have a stronger assurance and safety with them than others.
So it seems your newness tends to dictate you should go for long term investment to avoid losing money, that's safe. If you're looking at investing in short term profits, you'll have to be careful cos you don't even know who's who.

$ 500 is a pretty good budget. You should not invest in ICO projects now because it is facing many criticisms because there are too many scams.
I think you should invest in BNB and ETH. It is definitely the 2 largest and safest altcoins when you invest. I believe that with BNB's new strategy, the value of BNB will soon increase to $ 20 thanks to successful capital mobilization projects.

But indeed, today $ 500 can be a good starting capital for many cryptocurrency users who can buy very promising coins at a very cheap price. In 2017 and in the beginning of 2018 there were no such opportunities.

As long as you can manage it properly it doesn't matter a lot about how much amount that you wanna invest it in the cryptocurrency but the dip always became the best time to invest. ATH should not be a good point to buy.

Now i think invest on ETH, and Bitcoin, and some % of 500$ also on ETN, but always before invest think how much profit you target and wait until that profit is made or close to that target, and always invest only money that afford to lose.

It would be wise to invest in IEO projects. In the future, Bibox and Huobi will support some IEO projects. You can participate and get huge profits. Huobi once supported the TOP project successfully and the value was x20 times.

If you choose to invest in an ICO project, I think it's more risky. We know that throughout 2018 the price of coins has dropped very sharply. And that had a negative impact on the development of the ICO project. It's better to invest in top-grade and safer coins.

That's definitely an advice of sending ones to grave because most the new project out are copy cat and the genuine one are not many. How ever, having much portfolio is not applicable for every body because emotional control is very vital in crypto investment and akot of cryptoneir don't really have that control.

we can see from the plan and performance of the developer to see and predict the altcoin that has a good future. but it is indeed not a guarantee for our benefits, it is better and surely we can invest in assets in the top market.

With a fund of $ 500, I think it's big and enough to make a profit. With this fund I would rather invest in the top 10 coins. I think the top coins are safer and have very large trading volumes. So the opportunity to experience greater growth is very large.
