Look at the people here, they are already dumping hundreds of thousands of coins if not millions. No one can stop pump and dumpers unfortunately. At least claiming the coin will eventually be 1$ is not enough for people to not P&D.
Do not worry about that. We are just at the beginning. With today's 4556 blocks (about 91M coins), we are just about 0,1% of the total coin supply plan of 92 billions of nutcoins.
How do you want people to control anything with only 0.1% of the Grand Design?

If most people follow the "nutlaw", making transactions close to the recommended price, everything will be OK in the long run.
So, if you have millions of nutcoins, hold, or you can sell a few at the actual law's price. One day, your patience will be rewarded.
If you do not have nutcoins, do yourself a favor: do not be stupid to buy nutcoins xxx times the recommend price.
This is that simple.
