I don't know I only did one manual payout- stupidly locked my account with an incorrect password and there is no way to reset or unlock the account. Probably not much in there, but still annoying.

I used that pool for one day but now i switched to dedicatedpool and it seems its good Smiley

Yes it is the minimum at 1, you have todo manual payouts, i do not think it a scam but lazy or not caring maybe the case who knows.
