Swings in difficulty are only part of the problem. The swingers are dumping the coin the moment they mine it, eventually it will kill the coin if devs don't change the difficulty algorithm.

it's not just kimoto gravity we need to repel profit switching pools either putting adaptive N or something that puts profit switching polls stratum in limbo during a huge spike in hashrate...

I have no idea why multipools jumped here, nyan atm pretty lossy to mining. Im here at least 72 hours, and recieved just 16k nyan. Its lower then 0.09 btc per day for my 10 mh, even more worst hash spending against LTC or half-dead forks.

This coin is done, lets move on. coins are only lasting 3~4 weeks now compared to 6-7 months a year ago. Soon coins will only last a day or so.

There are 3 things to avoid when promoting a coin:

1) Avoid getting on coinwarz and coinchoose
2) Avoid getting on Cryptsy (other exchanges maybe ok)
3) Stop replying to this [ANN] thread so you get least attention

And of course NEVER EVER mine or trade a coin that was premined, even 1% is a lot.

Some profit swtich pools are implemented multiport swtich for the N coins,  look  https://pool.trademybit.com/

Some profit swtich pools are implemented multiport swtich for the N coins,  look  https://pool.trademybit.com/

but they have different stratum for adaptive N and there is only Panda and Vertcoin, because it still needs a specific miner to mine it.

what adaptive N was for is to prevent normal scrypt pools from just jumping with gigahash of hashpower to it, which currently 99% of altcoins are vulnerable to...

Lol you can move on. We have a dedicated community and a subreddit with 730 subscribers.

This coin is not some random P&D, we've got the copywrite license and even have adoption at a store. When Chris starts heavily advertising the coin after full store adoption, we get KGW going, and the coin gets on cryptsy we'll soar.

But you don't have to believe me, if you only care about the next P&D feel free to sell me all your NYAN, i've got a couple buy orders at coinedup and would love to get them at current prices Smiley

We are currently getting hammered by multipools jumping in and out. I think the consensus is that we want to hold off on additional promotion and moving it on more exchanges until KGW is implemented to combat this effect.
