I do think that the idea of a new e-token with the possiblity to exchange old e-tokens is a good idea. Just 1 thing.

What old e-tokens would we support? We can not support the e-tokens from the messed up fork. Because only a few went on mining when the pools shut down. And they got lots of it. No idea how much really. 10.000? 100.000?

I did not open my wallet since the fork. I dont even dare to look in to it right now  Shocked
But i can not believe your coins just went away. Are you on the new or old chain?

Considering someone is still mining it.... I don't think they are going to be rewarded for it

Of course, i mine from start and stop mine before the new chain. After that I delete all in my etok folder (except my wallet) then try to update new version and now it stuck.

we should support the old version etoken before fork happens, not the new fork etoken.

the old etoken can exchange to new etoken on 1:1

the fork etoken can exchange to new etoken on 100:1 (or lower 1000:1).
how do you think everybody?

because most of us have the old etoken, and we gain this old etoken with more than 300M/s hash rate everyday  and extremely hard conditions!

the old etoken is valuable and the new fork etoken is less valuable than the old etoken!

Your dreams are waiting to be realized.

if you want to fork etoken, make sure to halv the block reward or do something to add more value to the previously mined etoken because we had a fair start and it was more difficult than current difficulty.

Ok , this is the second morning I wake up and dev still doesn't answer. That's just fu*ed up.

Maybe the dev was some 13 year old kid that had no programming skills and he has no idea how to fix it , but at the same time has a huge ego and will not accept someone elses fixes ?

I support community takeover , as I said before , but it has to be done in such a way that people do not lose their etokens and old dev doesn't have acces to the bank.

In a way , we have our own Satoshi Nakamoto (foreign fev that suddenly dissapeared with some part of virtual coin). Think about it ! If he never comes back it will make the coin even more intruiging.

P.S. Nakamoto is believed to be in possession of roughly one million bitcoins.

I was just quoting from wikipedia. Anyway , the exact number is unimportant. The idea is the same. Mistery is an important factor for human psychology.

I check on this: http://cryptexplorer.com/

I don't believe that it's true

P/S: I check another wallet on other computer, this site says that it does not exist. So I can't believe the chain on this website.

A takeover is already in progress if the dev doesn't show before the end of weekend.  All the details are yet to be decided but I would suggest it isn't worth it to continue mining at the moment
