Let's keep our intentions with this coin on this thread and for all to see.
We have slowed down the past week or so and although we have ideas in the pipeline we really need to implement them ASAP.
Templar is very busy and not active on here. I have asked for permission to this thread and for the two grumpycoin Reddits. However, I haven't received a response yet. If anyone is on contract with him please let me know.

Clarv and I have access to the website so can be classed as Devs. However , there are many of us that are working on this behind the scenes that aren't named and are actively pushing new ideas forward. We aren't going anywhere and will continue to do all we can. |

I am not sure if this is the right thread for this proposal. I am focusing on promotion and adding more services. You need to know the source code and compare it with other crypto technologies to be able to provide a good answer. Have you developed any wallet and know how to change parameters in scrypt coins? I have not so I can't answer your questions but maybe our wallet creator can and please contact the guy with your great ideas. Anything good you provide for Grumpycoin will be promoted on our social network.
The grumpycoin wallet looks fine at the moment with successful implementation of Kimoto Gravity Well and what I understand is one of the critical success factor for a crypto coin to survive nowadays. The wallet changes we are developing at the moment are user interface changes. New non crypto people don't care they just want to have some fun and be able to do something with their coin.
More service coming up. Dev's are working hard. Stay tuned.
This is very basic stuff. Templar said that the total amount of coins and distribution can be easily changed (by him or someone that helped him - stanleytwobricks, as clarv mentioned). KGW is important now but in a couple of months where there will be like 10 GRUMPs per block there will be nobody to mine GRUMP anyway, so no KGW needed (or wallet) anymore. No mining means also no transactions within the network = coin dead. Come on 10 GRUMPS per block, that is still a long time away.... we are still at 250,000 so no need to change anything. Look at BTC, how much is it per block? At the time GRUMP hit 10 per block, GRUMP already need to be accepted by a lot of retailers so that the value can increase a lot. There is no need to change anything. They did a wrong calculation from the start, so why do you need to modify it so that the coins will be worth less?  !!! Normally you modify it so that less coins will be added, to make sure that deflation is not creating your coin to hit 0.00000001LTC. Grumpy will mine 50,000,000,000 coins in 2602 or so. GRUMPY has a decent amount of miners, don't change something that is working. Even adding KGW will destroy Grumpy, they did this with Klondike, coin price was moving up and down all the time, introduce KGW, big miners stay away, coin price dropped. You really don't need KGW, really,you don't need it. Look at Mooncoin, it jumped to 0.00000014BTC because at a certain moment it was impossible to mine a decent amount of coins, they introduced KGW, coin price DROPPED to 0.00000003BTC. NO KGW PLEASE OR YOU WILL DESTROY THIS COIN!!!! |

I think we should now focus on:
- mintpal.com
- stores, websites etc which would accept Grumpycoins(i could suggest to try with sites that accept altcoins)
- create one wallet address and donate Grumpy to collect some amount and make some lottery, promotions etc.
- Maybe open up some dedicated forum
- android wallet
Next donations from Broken Arrow pool (0,04BTC) goes to mintpal to get more votes
I can build deb and rpm wallet version for linux systems.
What do you think about this way? Maybe is to early to decide to change total amount of coin, we can do it anytime, this is only suggestion.

Why is GRUMPY not listed at coinmarketcap.com?
I think it was once listed there (couple of days ago). What's missing? It is one of the steps to make GRUMPY a little bit more popular (and valuable).

this is one of the easy coins to mine. even at my weak rate of 10kh to 20kh. I've had brought in over 10k coins in a couple days. |

We really have some huge sell orders... but huge, what is huge, when you check how much Mintcoins that were bought on mintpal, it was more then 2000BTC so then below sell orders doesn't mean anything. More then 2.5% of the total coins are for sell at 0.00000002!!! 1,000,000,000 or 5% for sell till 0.00000003, so if someone want to play big, only 28BTC and you own 5% of the total coins (or close to 10% of the current coins). Cheap, isn't it. I would say very cheap when you would compare the prices with 3 months ago, now it is cheap as we are in a bear market. When everybody is afraid to buy then you need to buy, if everybody want to buy then you need to sell.
