I ended up finding connections after quitting out of the application and reopening (the good old turn it on and off technique) I own a mac, though, so your troubleshooting may be a tab bit more different.

Personally I think the ticket GPC is just fine but if we do decide to go with 4 letters I'd go with GRMP so it can be pronounced 'Grumps' or 'Grump'. With GRUM people will say it 'Grum' and that just sounds weird to me.
