Since the first message i received was "What is your criminal association with Bruce Wagner" I have every right to arc up. The proceeding messages such as allegations of harboring criminals and being in a pedophile gang are just some of it.

I don't think I'm going to end up in their sites because I have no interest in becoming a public figure. But I do know that if every comedian quit when got his first heckler and every politician quit when he got his first bit of bad press and every inventor quit when someone told them their ideas were unrealistic, nothing would ever get done, would it? If we get a public figure for Bitcoin who doesn't have a past filled with mortgage fraud and other questionable activities, what are they gonna call them out on? It's unfortunate that someone went after you (I'm not even sure what you do or how you're connected to any of this, actually), but 99% of their ire seems to be focused on people who are doing actual, concrete, Bad Things. I've never said he isn't guility or what have you I have a problem with SA claiming they "care so much about bitcoin" and how they are going about "their business" whatever that might be .You don't that is the difference.
For the record, I've never once said I care about bitcoin outside of it's worth as an amusing spectacle that has a vague association with my area of study. My motives are entirely based on seeing the bitcoin community as a case study of Economics and an endless fount of embarrassing stupidity. I'm really only alerting the community to obvious scammers because it amuses me to see the scammer try to talk his way out of really solid evidence.
