I mean what the hell? Why do they take 50% of your balance, what right do they have to do that?!
They said it's mentionned in terms and condition, but I looked on all the info about first deposit bonus and it isn't mentionnned ANYWHERE to be visible. Maybe in a hided document it is mentionned, but everywhere on their main page when they write about the bonus, there is not 1 word about a 50% penalty applied on the balance! SCAM SITE, STAY AWAY!

Well, obviously they take the 100% bonus they gave you on your deposit, PLUS whatever they want, because hey, fck the players, right CryptoPokerClub?

16.5   Subject to our sole discretion; Players are permitted to forfeit the bonus should they require a withdrawal. The intention to forfeit a Bonus must be made in writing through email before attempting to issue a withdrawal request. The Players Account must contain enough funds to remove the whole bonus amount in order to allow the withdrawal of the remainder. Players who forfeit the Bonus also accept to forfeit an equivalent percentage (%) of their Rakeback and accept to pay a Penalty of 50% of their remaining balance after the bonus has been removed.

Because, obviously, they snare players with the 100% deposit bonus and once the players see that they need to pay 2x what they were "gifted", they have to pay a 50% of their balance in ADDITION to removing the "bonus".

All of this so CPC can take money from unsuspecting players...

The penalty is unacceptable imo, unless Crypto Poker Club provides some valid justifications for such actions.

Regarding lagging, yeah, I remember playing on Crypto Poker Club some time ago, around a year ago or so, and indeed it was slowing down my computer more than any other site I was playing poker on.

Also there was false ad on the site promising 1 BTC freeroll that never actually happened. And yeah, bugs that make you lose in some cases.

Overall I have little desire to start playing on the site again.

It's like if you played high stakes and deposited, say $50k in a poker room and that room gave you a "free" 100% bonus of another $50k. Yay! You got $100k!

Nice, right? Well, problem is that the poker room takes $50k ( the "bonus" ) and another 50% out of your balance!!!!

That is if you want to withdraw without paying 200% the bonus they gave you! I mean, it would take ages to pay $100k in rake!!!!

All in all, this is just a scam and a bait to attract unsuspecting players and take their funds.

As long as you don't try cheat, collude or abuse players you will never have an issue depositing/withdrawing. The only people who got banned are collusion groups and others who violate our terms.

You are the perfect example of an absolute joke. You were caught colluding with your friend then you started apologising after you got caught and banned. We can release your previous communication with our team and make it public if you wish to continue spamming our thread.

As we said in previous statements - we will protect the community and player base from harm/cheating at all costs. We do not allow any HUD tools or tracking software either.

Players play other players and we gain nothing by scamming or banning people. Actually if you knew anything about the business model you would know that banning players only harms a platform since less rake is paid + that would mean 1 player removed from the traffic pool. This is not a casino where you play the house therefore your claims make no sense.

I have full authority as the community manager and owner of forum accounts by the group to dispute any defamatory comments in any which way necessary. Fake news is a big part of today's world and unfortunately lies are spread quite easily across the internet. Anyone is more than welcome to give the platform a try and see for yourself it is trusted and well built.

When you were caught we knew it was either you who controlled both accounts or a friend that helped you. Regardless both accounts were banned. Your second point is also a lie because at that point in time you were an active affiliate who frequently communicated with us directly through Telegram. Prior to being banned you had no issues with the platform.

Bottom line - you had a 'bright' idea to collude and whilst doing so also refer 'players' and earn commission on top of that collusion. You got caught and banned. You even admitted it. End of story.

Latest competition announcement

We just kicked off a new competition format in replacement of the Rakerace for September! Through this new competition there is possibility to earn up to 100% Rakeback for September!



Why we did this

The feedback we received from the community indicated that medium and low stake players are unable to participate in Rakeraces due to higher stakes players taking top spots. Also Rakerace prizes run through once per month and there was lack of more frequent prizes.

Our new experimental competition looks at including players from all stakes and gives prizes on a weekly basis!

This will be the first of many competitions in this format that will look to be more inclusive and provide frequent prizes each week.
