Normal thing they would really set out some decent but not too big gifts because they do really know on what would happen if they do let loose.I would say I am glad to see another platform. I think it is fine for freeroll players (I am one of them!) to try out and build a bankroll for proper tourneys, since we always do want to deposit later to try attempt more buy ins, that is the way with poker, or for poker losers like me. Though I'm not sure I want to download any software, the web play is enough for me. What's the benefit of trying out the software itself? Oh, and I registered, didn't see the registration bonus though.

I like the fact that more and more poker sites have been appearing lately(for some reasons many of them closed in 2017). But I have a story about my yesterday's experience.
So, I registered for this "FREEROLL EVERY 2 HOURS! - #85" and then waited for around 2 hours for the tournament to start. But when the time came nothing happened. One hour passed, and another one, and another one and the tournament still wouldn't start although there was "Tournament starting soon" in the Tourney Info from the very beginning. I checked another tourney, "FREEROLL EVERY 2 HOURS! - #80,  which was "running" and I've noticed that the number of players' chips stays the same for hours.

Conclusion: Although your site looks good at first glance, something isn't right there, guys.

P.S. Today I've registered for another free roll, #152, which will start in 20 minutes. Hopefully everything will go smooth this time. :)

It went well, but I have a couple of suggestions.

What I found inconvenient is that it is nowhere shown what hand you are having at the moment and who won and with which hand. I've been playing on many different platforms and it is for the first time I see a table like this.

Also I entered a ring game with a small buy-in and wasn't able to leave the game whatever I tried. I even logged out but when I came back, several minutes later, I was still "playing". Finally I lost all my balance for the game and only after that I could leave. :)

Not complaining because it was the money you game me, I just want to figure out how your site works.

Do you mean like a text label that spells you what hand you have in plain text? Regarding who won, there is a winner animation for that and the board highlights the card combo which has won.

Regarding not being able to leave games, could you please email our support to look into that? Include which table it was, what device you used and if it was our Web or Windows client.

Just today saw you're site opened the acc and got the bonus but lost it in 2games. The site is good but the  colors are very dark cannot found the colour of the cards. When I played the second hand I just pressed the raise and it went all in and I lost the game and coins. This is your site mistake. I M playing through my mobile note on web application my username is btcdevil

Increase your screen brightness if you find the colors dark. The buttons clearly say if its a call, raise or all-in. If you dislike the card theme, under settings you have 5 other cards themes to choose from including a 4 colored deck. You played with a free bonus and lost it because you did not pay attention to the button label saying all-in. We have over 100 playing throughout the day and over 600 registrations so far in total. No one has ever mentioned the colors being faulty or hard to see therefore I must conclude that the fault is yours and yours alone.

Regarding dark colours, you obviously have 2 colored deck, you can change that in settings.

Regarding Betwrong unable to leave the table, you need to sitout first than close the table.

I play through the desktop versing and all is good , not sure about mobile since I haven't tried it

Yes. It is very convenient to read from the screen what hand you have. It is the privilege of online poker and I have become so accustomed to it that my brain refuses to read from the cards. :)

If HempDawg420 or randry wins I can't see why since I can't see their cards and there's nowhere written about there hands. Yes, I know that I can REPLAY (nice feature btw), but normally we, players, don't have time for that and it would be much better if:

1. Those cards were fully seen.

2. It was written in the chatbox how the game went.

Guys, right now there are two tournaments with over 40 players registered for each, which should have started already but for some reasons they don't start and there's "Tournament starting soon" in the tourney info. I had already encountered the similar situation several days ago and I must say this is really annoying. Please do something to avoid those situations in the future or otherwise you may lose your visitors.

Also, I have a question about the banner on your main page which reads: "THE BIG 0.5 BTC FREEROLL". When do you plan to run it? I hate to say that, but it  looks very unrealistic considering the fact that all your freerolls have the prize pool of 0.5 mBTC in total.

The banner of the 0.5btc freeroll is there since the first day of the launch but indeed there is no other info about it. I'm not really sure if it is going to happen soon, maybe the banner is just like an advertising tool to make players keep playing while waiting for update.
Talking about the freeroll, why it is unrealistic? Because of the so low prizepool? Bear in mind that freeroll is not to make users earn free money, it is just a way to let users to experience the game. Just leave it if you are not satisfied with the freeroll and play the other tourneys with higher prizes or play on the ring games.

That banner was a placeholder and originally was meant to say mBTC instead of BTC. This was updated yesterday on our windows client. These banners are different now. The web client will also receive a new update tomorrow as well as news on our Mobile Apps.

Regarding Freerolls, absolutely spot on. These are not meant to be a way to earn a good bankroll. We actually also run them every 2 hours. We are not some ICO offering 'thousands per day on freerolls'. We are using real valuable coins. Not made up ones. It costs us quite a bit to run freerolls all day long every 2 hours among other things. We try our best to make these as big as possible for now. We are still only a 6 day old startup.

Well, it's your business and you can do it the way you like, I'm just saying that it's hard to attract players to your site with small prizes like that. There are poker sites who run $10 guaranteed freerolls almost every hour 24/7 and there are from 500 to 1,000 participants in every freeroll. That's how you attract players, but of course, that's just my opinion.

Please don't get me wrong. I love to play online poker and wish you only the best, because I see that you are trying to create a good poker site. I just know from experience of my close friend that it's impossible to promote a new site and save money at the same time.

Honestly, I did not like your website. I hope I do not sound too harsh to you. But I really got bored of reading. Your website has long sentences and long paragraphs. Plus, I did not understand anything because it is complicated. It might be not for others, but for me, it is. People really like simple stuff, if you complicate it, no one is going to join you. Therefore, you should improve your website and get rid of the unimportant sentences and get to the point clearly.

I keep sitting at cash games and nobody comes and plays. Sat for maybe 2 hours yesterday and an hour today no takers at all.

Well its not a simple subject sorry to say. If you get bored easily then maybe its simply just not for you. Its the same as some ICO's. Are their whitepapers one page or 20+?

We simplified as much as possible on the website and if you want to read more then you have our medium links.

We even simplified bets on the table to show you the USD equivalent of each bet. Also on the lobby, next to your balance you also have the dollar field showing you how much that's worth in dollars.

Other simplifications include general layout of our lobbies and workflows. To make a withdrawal or deposit is pretty much one button. The entire game engine also looks and feels almost exactly like any other poker game. We kept everything in the background so we don't over complicate things in the front end.

Nice catch, if it was meant to say 0.5mBTC then there should not be "BIG" on it. It should not even needed to make a banner for 0.5mBTC freeroll as it wont be attractive banner. OP need to be honest in this case, I think it was planned for 0.5BTC freeroll but seems that the OP changed his mind to run it for some reasons.

Some advice, hopefully you take it.

Stop doing freerolls every two hours it's silly.

Use the money instead to do 2 freerolls a day for new players/non-depositing players.
Use the rest of the money to do 1 freeroll a day for players who have deposited and or played a set number of hands that day. Reward those who deposit and those who play in the cash games and generate rake.

Raise minimum buy in on cash games. People buying in 5bb is just silly and ruins the game. Make it 20bb at least.

on the desktop client, you are unable to track your bonus/rank status

Just as i expected its impossible for a freeroll to be on 0.5btc which i do already suspect on the very first place that this was on mbtc unit and im really right with that. The thing on here is that they do make use of the word "BIG" which people cant really see anything big with that amount.

But why they write it on the banner as 0.5 btc? This is either they are really wrong in writting or may be they want to attract people just by saying this 0.5 btc freerolls, or even they are trying to make 0.5 btc sometimes but their system is having some problem with it.

Well, with just having our own common sense its really a too good to be true offer which i cant even think for a business to give such bonuses. The thing here is that they should really be clear on what to offer or to announce to public specially to gamblers because having a wrong information would really create such problem because some do really believe that they are really being offered even its already unrealistic to consider.

Usually 2 tables of 1c-3c cash games running and some freerolls. No sit and go's.

Stakes range from 0.001/0.002mBTC to 2/4mbtc. We have a number of guaranteed tournaments running daily with buyins of $0.4 to $3 where you can 10x that for winners. The most popular sit n go's are the heads up turbo's and hypers although there isn't a lot of action right now. Regarding the freerolls - there is one every 2 hours 24/7 including 3 more added for PLO players. As we grow and have more players - there will be more added in terms of tournaments and sit n go's.

wondering if you can set up some rake races for cash games and/or sit n goes , these should bring action as I noticed when Betking started hosting rake race
these can be weekly or monthly and I'm sure they will be fun to take part in also new players may love to participate

I have a question to other users of this site. When I play poker games there, my computer freezes without responding to neither Windows key nor to Ctrl+Alt+Del. This has happened two times already, and nothing like this happens with my new computer (been using it for two months) on other sites.
Do you have similar experiences?

We are aware of the windows client occasionally freezing up. We are working on the fix. We have a few of the security modules leaking ram memory if too many tables are opened up over time. If this ever happens, simply restart the process from task manager. The patch update for this is coming out in the next few days!

The web browser version seems like a really nice platform - I haven't tried the Windows client, but the browser version was so smooth that I don't really feel it necessary to try it - though I probably will just to check out the interface and any potential additional features. I must say, I have never really been into poker at all, but I just played in a freeroll and actually thought it was pretty fun!

I mean if one of those players wins I can't see their cards. Do you plan to change how it looks or write about hands in the chat box? I hope you understand that this is really frustrating when you can't see why have you lost. It has nothing to do with my trust to the fairness of your site. I believe that everything is fair but still it would be interesting to see to which hand I lose.

Also, the banner, "THE BIG 0.5 BTC FREEROLL" is still there, and if you are not planning to run this freeroll, keeping the banner is unfair to the visitors of your site.

Another glitch occurred when I was playing the 35c-70c game. At one point I called when my opponent bet because it said the call amount was 35c but my opponent actually made a pot sized bet of $6 or so. The mbtc amount was incorrect when converted in the call box.

The site seems good but hopefully you do freerolls for players that play in cash games and play a certain amount of hands each day or a rake race like another person mentioned. Having 2 1c-3c games is pretty lame especially seeing as everyone buys in for the minimum. Cash games should never have 10bb buy ins because it ruins the game.

You are the first one to complain about this policy. We will review it internally and provide an update later today. We had to add in a safeguard otherwise one person can refer a friend and get paid for that player forever even with being an inactive affiliate. That is simply not a wise business decision. We will look to reword it to only have an expiration date if you are an inactive affiliate.

Not really meant to be a complaint, so much as an objective observation. As carlfebz2 mentioned in an above post, most sites, at least that I'm familiar with, do not put a cap on the amount of time you are affiliated with a referral.

And I'm not sure what your definition of active affiliate is, but this shouldn't be an issue, I don't think. For example, let's say Affiliate A refers two users who play low to mid stakes cash three to five times a week, every week for a calendar year. Let's also suppose these are Affiliate A's only two referrals for that entire calendar year. In contrast, Affiliate B refers five players who play micro stakes ring and small buy-in mtt's, mainly on the weekends. In three months time, most of Affiliate B's original referrals have left the site and he refers 5 more players, who play the same stakes as his previous five referrals.

Now, even though Affiliate A only has two referrals, they should still theoretically be generating more rake than all of Affiliate B's referrals combined, despite Affiliate A not having any new referrals in the calendar year, and thus generating your site more revenue.

TL:DR - Referrals should be tied to affiliates for life, unless there is blatant evidence of some kind of abuse/shenanigans between the linked accounts, regardless if the affiliate is actively referring new users.

Well, thanks for the explanation, I wasn't aware of that. I had been testing new poker sites before, at least 5 of them actually, and it's for the first time I see this kind of attitude to testers. Normally the owners consider those money as payment for testing their site and people are free to withdraw the money they won in promo tournaments without any strings attached.

Of course it's your site and you can set up your own rules, but I think you guys sholud be a bit less sparing with your promotional funds. :)

Please, don't get me wrong. No way I'm asking to let me withdraw those $10. I'm just trying to help you to figure out how promotion works. If you are not ready to throw away around $10k per month during the first several months, I hate to say it, but you will most likely fail.

I entered a ring game yesterday(June, 8 ) and although I clicked 0.2mBTC I was given 0.4 mBTC to play and my balance was debited accordingly. I thought, no big deal, but then the table had frozen  soon after I started because my internet connection was broken. But then 3 minutes later when my connection was back I was seeing the same frozen table and when I logged out and tried to login again I couldn't do that seeing only this loading and loading

Then, several minutes later, a window popped up for me to enter login and password. I did and again I was seeing the same picture as above for several minutes until the login window popped up again. This happened five times in a row and then I gave up. I'm sure my internet connection was ok at the time because I was chatting with players on PD chat, making bets there and was reading different posts on reddit without any problems.

As I returned back, one hour later, I saw that my balance was creditied with the amount I had at the table before all of the above happened (a bit less than 0.4 mBTC), which is a good thing. :)

But please, guys, check what's happening. My computer starts working much slower when I'm using your site and I saw similar complaints from other players too.

There could be bugs we have not discovered yet on our web client as it is a newer build. We will look into it.

There are several bitcoin/crypto sites. At least 6-7 that I've played that are in mbtc or some other form of crypto. I won't name them in this thread of course but they are out there.

CPC is my favorite right now. The freerolls aren't a great value for time but they still give players a chance to start with nothing and build it up.

I've been playing the "high stake" games as often as they run on here. It's hardly my normal limits as I usually play 1/2+ and $200+ tournaments but I'm trying to get games going for the sake of getting this site off the ground.

The Rake Race adds a lot of value and is something I hope they keep around for a while. The rakeback for a "grinder" like myself is beneficial but the best option to get players interested is having more promotional tournaments to get excited about. I advise you to not only looking forward and focusing on the freerolls as it wont worth your time unless you like to spend many hours for a penny. Better to play on the cash game with a chance to win something bigger from other players as well as win something from the rake race contest.

I absolutely agree with this and that's what I started to do recently and going to continue in the future. The thing is that the prizes are indeed too small on their freerolls (I have earned $11 playing many hours and taking winning places in zero buy-in tournaments) and another thing is that you can't withdraw your winnings without paying the rake equivalent. So, to have some fun while playing cash games is the right advice for this particular site.

I have played some hands in the last few days, to be honest I do not really like the UI of the table especially if I have to sit beside the dealer as I cant see my cards fully. Indeed there is other place to see the cards but it is just too small for me, is it possible to make the web client into full screen mode  or at least I can minimize the chat box under the table so the table may show bigger?

I support this. Although I can see my cards in the other place you've mentioned, I can't see some players' cards at all if they sit at the top side of the table. I know I can download windows client, but what if I don't want to? I'm not accustomed to downloading anything from newly appeared sites.

Overall, I have an impression that you can create a nice poker site to play, but for some reasons you are hesitant to improve what you have, even after numerous suggestions.

You can just make your webrowser enter full screen mode. As mentioned previously, our web client is not as developed as our windows app. If you have a smaller screen, use the windows version instead. It better supports smaller screens for now. More updates will come soon for better responsiveness.

Its not manipulated. The way its set up, that is actually impossible. Even if we wanted to, we could not unless we completely break the entire system we designed and spent a lot of resources making. If we did break it, then the entire infrastructure would break as a result rendering the game nonfunctional. Its very delicate the way it operates. Its also one of the reasons we delayed our launch twice.

Your point on other sites can be manipulated is absolutely true and is part of our point. The second half of our point is - a refined RNG system with the help of hardware will produce more random results by a very small percentage than traditional PRNG systems which almost all poker rooms use. Overtime and many hands, that adds up to more bad beats.

One of the only poker rooms to have actually disclosed information on using a refined method is pokerstars (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DkHzOUzDjc&t=108s).

Although pokerstars does a good job and their primary method of entropy (photons) is identical to ours, our secondary method heavily beats their secondary method. They use random keystrokes and mouse movements while we implemented Blockchain. We feel this secondary method is far superior as mouse movements are predictable. For keystrokes, again this is more predictable as there are often more letters used than others. Such as the letter 'z' is used far less than the letter 's' for example. We use purely unique hashes to generate secondary entropy.

Without going way too technical here - the only other room that can compete with our RNG method is Pokerstars to our knowledge. We could of course be wrong as there are so many out there and possibly some are keeping it more as a secret. Now how much is ours better than theirs is actually still being researched. To many other rooms it may only be 1-2% better. For pokerstars as our primary methods are so similar, it may only be 0.05% or less better.

Even if you feel this isn't the case, one fact does remain. Most rooms run on PRNG's. That is a deterministic system. Scientifically, this cannot produce 100% random results. So if we go by science, even if our Blockchain concept does not produce a significant boost. Just by us using hardware still puts us ahead of most for a more random RNG system. We feel our concept works but even if you don't think it does, you can trust the science behind it. It will reduce bad beats more in the long run.

We do plan on releasing a case study with full research behind it all but since so much is happening right now, it may take another 6 months before we finalize something really concrete. One of our players with most hands played (over 40K hands played so far) said recently he felt it was better and something extreme as a 4 of a kind or full house vs a flush happened less frequently. Of course its still not enough as a sample size but its a good sign that a player actually came to us and said that when we never asked them to test it.

Yes, Nitrogen is a nice web client but once they got rid of the 100mbtc freerolls that you could play with 100 raked hands the games died. That was a very nice freeroll that you could basically earn >100% rakeback every day. I think I made close to $4000 in those freerolls by playing the minimum amount of hands every day. I understand players like myself as well as those who would make multiple accounts and abuse the freerolls are why they got rid of them but still. Nitrogen poker is no longer worthwhile. CryptoPokerClub the new best thing.

I have been grinding the leaderboard since day 1 and i can confidently say the site is growing everyday. At peak hours or on weekends, there is always more than 2 tables running. Today is last day of the rake race promo, will you run another race after that? Based on betking's experience, the traffic drops significantly after they stop the promo. Hopefully the same thing wont happen with your traffic, but obviously you need to improve if you want players stay longer on your site.

I think it does not make much sense to compare this poker room with BetKing, because they had unlike larger leaderboard prizes.

The only way to check progress is by knowing how much you have made from Freerolls/bonuses and checking that same popup for the amount of rake paid.

That progressbar and value shows pure rake paid. It is at 0% because you are unranked at the moment and get no rakeback. BronzeStar starts at 1mbtc of rake paid. Once you reach the end of that progressbar, it will show you as a BronzeStar and a new progressbar will appear going from 1-5mbtc. After reaching that then you will enter SilverStar and so on and so on.

Played a freeroll to test and suspect they have multi account issues like Nitrogen because I played maybe two hands before the 100/200 blinds level. So I should have a very small range of top hands when I shove and I got called by 3 players with garbage. Bit suspect might just be familiar players knocking out the unknown but its a pattern to watch for me.

I can't imagine there would be more than 100 players average everyday for a BTC poker site.

Edit:  Looking at the screenshots, those tables look like the same software used in the Boss Network.

Right now as I type this - there are 53 online. Average players normally ranges from 40-60 daily online at the same time. The 0.01/0.02mBTC tables are the most played with a handful playing higher stakes on the 0.5/1mbtc heads up.

We made the entire software from scratch. I don't know of the Boss Network you mentioned. Looks wise naturally as there is so much out there, there will be similarities. We tried to make it in our own image as much as possible and do think we have done quite a few things differently.

As its still very early days for us, we are working on growing the traffic and hope to have between 200-400 daily active players by the end of the year.

Hand Quantity & Volume — One of the biggest advantages for Bots is volume. They can just simply outplay humans and profit more long term. Our systems detect how many hands each account in the network has played per hour and per day (this involves multiple tables). If an account has abnormally high figures, they will be seated out of all tables they are currently on and will be asked to pass a Google captcha to verify if they are a human. If they fail to pass the captcha with two attempts, the account will be suspended pending further investigation. If they pass the captcha, the account will be flagged internally and be put on our watch list to monitor activity by our team.

Pixel Disposition — A lot of bot platforms work by being fixed on a specific pixel position in the game window to read cards and actions. At random intervals, our game UI will automatically move entire game assets by a varying number of pixels unnoticeable to the player, but would mess up a lot of bot programs as they would read incorrect values or wouldn’t be able to capture numbers correctly. Never been on a poker website like this. Good design and user interface. I can see that there is a windows client for the website. Web version works fine for me. Does it offers any additional features?

I've been looking for crypto poker site for a long time. Found your site few days ago and must say you did a great peice of work. From the design, over gaming experience (windows client works smoothly), options to play with both BTC and ETH, up to various bonuses and freerolls every two hours ... all excellent.
The only thing I'm missing is 2FA  (I strictly follow my rule to not deposit sites without 2FA ).

I also notice you are using coinbase for deposits. Not sure how it's now but in past there were some complains about coinbase blocking accounts related to gambling. Or this is not a problem anymore?

Lack of active players is another minor flaw, but i believe that's just matter of time as your site has the potential.

Coinbase has not been an issue at all and we have quite close ties with them. We are on a business account and gambling is fully allowed. They have some rules against gambling as a simple user wallet but as a business they have no rules against it. Hugely disappointed. I deposited to the site, all goes smooth there (other than not getting my deposit
bonus). Then, I'm playing and I realize, wow... I'm paying a ton in rake. The site advertises 4% up to $1
but it felt like way more. I was 3 tabling and raked $140 in around 90 minutes - a crazy amount. So,
decide to pay closer attention... turns out they are raking 5% UNCAPPED. On one pot, we were all-in
preflop and on a ~21mbtc pot they raked ~2 mbtc ($14) - that's 10% uncapped. Couldn't believe it.

Couple other things:
No 2FA
No email confirmation for withdraws
Withdraw took ~9 hours (most crypto sites instant)

I will say, site has a TON of potential. Great bonus system, software has huge upside. I will be back as soon as they fix some things.

You won 78.71MBTC ($554) within a couple of hours and are complaining? Same day deposit and same day withdrawal. Not to mention we cover all miners fees making the withdrawal free as well. I think you need to re-evaluate a few things. That is also a lie, we do cap rake and obviously it depends on the stakes that you play. As well as that, we offer a 50% rakeback system and a 200% bonus (if deposited on both BTC and ETH). All you had to do was email support after depositing and it would have been credited to you in one go same day. Most sites you need to grind it out and unlock it small parts at a time.

Why are you dodging my points about the rake? Whether I made money or not is irrelevant - you think I should just shut up about it and not tell people you are raking significantly more than you advertise? It's wrong. No one dodged your point, you just don't understand that there is a rake structure in place and what is advertised never said its the SAME rake across all tables/stakes. Pretty much all poker sites work the same where there is a rake structure in place based on either stakes/amount of players or game type. We said it includes $1 caps but never said its the same for all games. My previous reply was to show the people that someone new came on to deposit, play, win then withdrew without any issues and did it for free within the same day. This is absolutely true and naturally the biggest concern with any new player coming onto a new site. If you had any queries about your rake, you should have simply emailed support and we could investigate without starting to make false public claims.

We have seen substantial growth over the past 4 months with up to 100 daily active players. We now see on average 9+ active cash game tables across many stakes daily. We pay out over 5BTC of withdrawals almost weekly. Countless more in bonuses and Freerolls as well. If we had major rake issues then there will be more complaints rather than just one person who played for '90 minutes' and was very disappointed they only made $500+ in a day. Very disappointing indeed :)

On top of everything, regardless of what you think about our rake structure, many players are making 35-50% of it back every month automatically.

Regarding your other points:

No 2FA

-> We run the system with anonymity. The less data we collect the better and our entire player base supports this 110%. Most 2FA use sms text messages and collect mobile numbers. This has absolutely no use cases with both our vision and our system. We have everything very secured from our end (read the whitepaper i linked earlier) and its a very private site. No one is going to hack your password if that is what you are worried about.

No email confirmation for withdraws

-> You did get a confirmation when it was sent and you got a transaction link on blockchain. What more would you want than this?

Withdraw took ~9 hours (most crypto sites instant)

-> We claim and promise up to 24 hours but normally do it between 2-6. Again what is so bad about that? No most sites are not instant. Withdrawals need to be checked manually and need validating that its not breaking any rules or fraud. Just about every single site needs to verify withdrawals if they are legit. This is a very standard practice. The likes of 888 or pokerstars could take up to a week to get withdrawals so be happy it took less than a day.

2FA is to protect against stealing users funds (accounts) in case of password leak. No matter how this is secured on your side we as users need additional layer to protect in case the pass leaks due to our own error e.g. pass stored at wrong place  ( myself using paper notes ), keylogger infected device etc.

Email confirmation means: To ask the user to confirm the withdrawal before it actualy takes place.

Combination of those two essential things missing is absolutely no go for me to deposit. Anybody with access to paper with my password has both full control over the account ( not bugs me much) but also free access to withdraw funds without need to hack ( getting access ) to my email.
All I would potentially receive is an email confirmation my funds were stolen !!!

This is not acceptable from my POW. The 2FA is a must. You don't need to force users to enable it, but you have to provide them with these option and let users to decide whether to use them or not.

Some alternative could be IP whitelists (not convenient for me as my ISP changed IP recently), fixed emergency withdrawal addy ( confirmed via email) or second password for withdrawals  etc ...

I'm asking you to reconsider the 2FA thing once again.

We will never be doing KYC. That is our vision and that is how its going to stay. We want to become the most trusted Crypto site and never use KYC or collect data.


If this were to ever happen, we will investigate and refund the funds back to you. I will pass the suggestion onto the team regarding the 2FA. What you mentioned about emailing to confirm withdrawals is a very interesting idea which wouldn't be very hard to implement. We will raise it up in our next briefings. So far however no one really ever made that suggestion before so it was never considered.

Regarding the refunds you should be more careful as this sounds pretty lucrative for scammers to go and simply try it. I affraid you won't be doing nothing else than ivestigating vast amounts of such claims.
IMO this can only bring accusations against you and your investigation process (because for ex. how you can investigate I did not provide pass to my friend intetionally, asking him to withdraw all ).

Even though those accusations won't be valid it can pretty easily harm the site reputation.

As for CP, enjoy their CHP which is worth less than 1 cent. Obviously no rake is possible for an ICO since they own the coin. They make revenues by people exchanging real cash for a fake coin with zero adoption or future.

Again even if you think the rake is too high, most players reach the All-Star rank and get 50% of it back anyway automatically every month.

There are more things we are bringing to the table than just a simple poker game and rake is one out of 10 other variables. Both our bonuses and technology is far superior than most of whats out there and time will prove it. We will also continue improving and developing the platform.

I will bring up the rake structure to the team to review but its not entirely unfair at all. Perhaps it may be higher than some but ultimately at the end of the day its the entire package that matters.

Just to let people know: I have confirmed that this site is over-raking pots significantly. The max rake is supposed to be $3 but I saw a pot raked $21. I have been in contact with the poker rep and he has promised a response to me by Wednesday with an update/fix to this problem. Looking forward to hearing what they have to say then, but all players should not be playing there until it is fixed.

I was looking to play on the site as well, but they are lacking some features, such as more cash tables, different formats, and different SNG buyin levels. Also over-raking the pot seems very concerning to me, given this is a new site, that has still yet to prove its integrity.

I get your point, it is true that tournament which requires buy-in cant be called as freeroll no matter how low the buy-in amount. It should be called as GTD tournament as the prize seems to be fixed at 20mETH no matter how many players are participated. Freeroll should have no buy-in, it is OK to have requirement such as point or something else, but if it requires money to join then it is not freeroll obviously.

No it shouldn't be automatic. It is an instant bonus paid out in full and not unlocked in parts like most sites. We have detection methods against fraud and also do manual checks to ensure people are not abusing bonuses. It happens a lot as you can imagine.

Card themes are a windows application only feature. You can see financial history on web client but its basic. Only shows deposits and withdrawals and not transactions of tourney/cash game winnings, ect.

I gave it a try with 20 mBTC, and I am already 90% sure that player "boiman" is a house player. :)

Got 2 videos of 2 absurd hand calls, where he hits on river.

An example:

I got K2 Hearts.
Flop is 8 K something, 8 and the third card is heart as well.
That player raises me several times, I am calling in hope of flush while still having K pairs.
He keeps reraising and on turn he did really big raise. I called it.
And of course another 8 hits the river.
He had 8 and something, unsuited, and not hearts.

Of course all that could be luck, but the way of raises, reraises and the almost all in prior the river, was absolutely like he knew another 8 was coming.

The other video I got is several reraises preflop, in the end I hit all in with QQ pocket. He cals with 99 pocket and of course the first card on the flop is 9.. :)

Again all this could be unreal luck for him, but still looks strange to happen to same player in a matter of 3 minutes.

Security Updates

As you may have read from our whitepaper, we operate under very strict security modules against cheating, hacking, bots and more. Over the past two months we have been on a mission in the background improving our detection methods and have hired a private 3rd party to aid in consulting.

Since our launch 4 months ago, our detection systems have caught:

- A whopping 287 fraud & collusion attempts
- Blocked 61 bot attempts
- Stopped 39 Instances of chip dumping in tournaments

We have continued to improve our systems and its safe to say we are now more secure than ever before. We feel security is one of the biggest problems in online poker which we look to tackle.

Rake Structure Updates

We had reports that sometimes rake for a hand is overcharged and sometimes undercharged. Over the past week we have been investigating and testing what the issue could be. We later isolated the problem with a new update we had 3 weeks ago while patching Rakeback issues some users faced. This then lead us to discover the problem also linked to our ETH lobby and some calculations were off if done simultaneously. This affected 22% of all hands played.

Long story short, we decided to rework the entire rake structure to patch the issue. While working on the fix, we also noticed that our current structure was quite complex as it relied on too many factors. In resolution, please find our new simplified rake structure below. For some of the higher stakes games, we also reduced the rake percentage from 5% down to 4% and made that the basis across all games.

Good update. The rake is still extremely high for a crypto site, and is more than most fiat poker sites even (even factoring in rakeback), so I hope that changes. Otherwise, site has a lot of positives.

You are calling a raise with the second worst holding cards in holdem. Then you call a bet on the flop with two premium over cards where the chances given the preflop action were high that you got out flopped. Your future equity is also low given this scenario even if your opponent missed the flop. Sorry to say but you deserved the bad beat :) that's not to say the other player played their hands great either but from your perspective that was played very poorly.

I don't really see anything wrong here aside from the wrong decisions made. The opponent had a flush draw and made a gamble/value bluff to shove then got lucky on the river. You on the other hand should have not even played that hand to begin with or at the very least should have folded the shove or even on the flop.

I have played hundreds of freerolls at CPC over the last month or so.The RNG they use is not correct.When the freerolls start,usually many players are sat out/timed out.They are in the tourney until they are blinded out.When the non seated player is forced all in becauese of the blinds,they win over %90 of the time they are all in for the 1st time.I have seen it hundreds if not thousands of times,every tournament,period. -> It really depends. There is always a few players willing if there is someone seated. Give it a try and sit down at the higher stakes tables, someone will likely join you soon if you dont see any playing at the moment.

-Why are deposits through Coinbase?

-> Why not? Its fast and works well with our backend operations. Their commerce clients have a good time using it. We have had no issues in over a thousand transactions by now all year long.

-Since deposits are thru Coinbase, how are withdrawals dealt with and whats the avg. withdraw time?

-> Withdrawals are done through our hardware wallets not coinbase. Coinbase only serves as an input then we manually segregate and move funds offline to secure it against any hacks. Avg withdrawal time is up to 24h. We have two timeslots daily where we process all withdrawal requests for the day.

!SCAM ALERT!

My Story with Cryptopokerclub:

First time I deposited some ETH, due to the low volume of ETH players I decided to cash out my ETH and deposit BTC instead.

I got a mail from them that they did the ETH transaction, but the cashout of my ETH never arrived on my address.

After my first deposit of ETH i also wrote a mail to support to get the 200% bonus.
I never got a reply or the bonus.

After not getting any answers on my mails for over a week I tried to withdraw my BTC balance.

My account got locked after I initiated the withdrawal (without any explanation why) and I also got banned from the telegram channel where I asked why I dont get answers from support.

After I did what I should have done before and read their terms.

In point 14 it says that they just may close/lock your account at any time without explanation.
I believe there is no other Pokersite that has terms like this, because it's actually allowing them to take your money anytime they want without you doing anything wrong.

I don't know if they only scam smaller customers, but i'm propably not the only one because there are some other people complaining on twitter that they didnt get their withdrawal.

So take care guys and avoid this site.

Lies! I won several freerolls. I never once said your freerolls are rigged. YOUR CASH GAMES ARE RIGGED. And it's obvious. I had KK in a hand on a micro cash game and shoved on the turn with a board of 248T and got called by A9 off. No pair, no draw, just ace high. River Ace. Cmon. At least try and be subtle. Nobody would ever call there with A9. Never. Unless the game was fixed. I sent one twitter message that it "seemed odd" that A9 would call there, boom, banned.

I'm sure you can "prove" all kinds of things, because 95% of your users are bots or shills.

I don't own, or have anything to do with your competition, it does me no good to call you out, but I HATE SCAMMERS! And hopefully I can protect someone else from getting scammed.

I love these "nobody would ever call that" folks :D  ...  you never can say something like that for sure (especially in low cash games). People behave differently in $1 game and $300 games ...
 
There's so many factors to consider. Bankroll amount, his bankroll, your previous games behaviour, your current game preflop, flop bets, river bet amount, player character (some consider ace high pretty strong, some calls you just to see if you bluff, some just trying their luck ...)  and so on.

Deal with it.

If you don't understand why that hand is shady af then you don't know anything about poker. Here's a tip:

Let's say that 1% of the time a player calls there. That player wins 6% of the time. How many times does that scenario have to play out with 1 win?

While you are PRO. Yet still spending time playing micro cash games ... something is wrong here.



Also small tip:  There are players (mainly in low amount games) who cares not of winning odds. Just plays for fun.

I wanted to try it out first and make an opinion. My opinion is RIGGED.

FYI the answer to that math question is 166,667 to 1.

Let's explore the math a little further. Obviously if the villain knows I have KK and the river will be an Ace, he is calling. I was betting and raising before the flop and on the flop before I shoved the turn, signifying a strong hand. Sure, I could be bluffing with a hand like AQ, but it's the same odds, 6%. So what is A9 ahead of?

Drawing dead against:
AA, TT, 88, 44, 22 and AT

6% against:
AK, AQ, AJ, A8, A4, A2, KK, QQ, JJ, KT, QT, TJ, 89s, 9Ts,

12% against:
33, 55, 66, 77 and weird hands like 34s, 78s etc.

That's my whole range. A9 is 70% against specific hands like:

35, 67 and rando garbage like 37 and 36.

In other words, it's about the dumbest call of all time, which is why almost nobody ever calls in that spot.

Also, this is not the first shady hand I have had in the cash games, just the most blatantly obvious one where the call only makes sense in a rigged game.

It's too bad too because I would be able to build a roll without ever depositing. Lots of people would be able too as the freerolls are not hard and apparently the cash games are full of the worst players ever. I really wish it wasn't rigged. I would be making youtube videos about CPC.

There is also a non-zero chance that the ppl running it don't know it is rigged. I never pointed a finger at anyone.

Still, rigged is rigged.

It says a lot that they think it is a bad thing that someone has "never deposited".

I can confirm this site is almost 100% bots at 40mbtc and lower. I even reported this to the site rep and he basically didn't care.

There was a mistake the bots were making that I was exploiting so that I knew 100% which players were bots. Basically, the bots would only limp or raise from the SB if folded to them, and if you were in BB and they limped and made it 4x, the bots folded literally 100% of the time. It's a big leak. The day after I reported it (after playing there for a couple weeks) they all stopped limping in that spot completely.

Site under different management/representation would be a huge success but eventually it will collapse. It's a real shame because the VIP program and the software is top notch.

Of course. If the volume was real there would be at least ONE thread on twoplustwo. I dare you guys, go start a thread on twoplustwo and prove you are legit. Let's see all these supposed members of the poker community that can "vouch" for you.

Incorrect again. House real players not bots and there are far fewer now. Also if you had any clue about the poker business model you would know it is needed in the early stages of the startup to spark games. Poker is a p2p game and you need players on at all times in all timezones. This is common practise in the industry which is unspoken. Networks do it all the time. Clearly neither of you have any experience in this space and as usual, the internet standard is to shout 'scam' when you don't understand something. Im not here to bash CPC. As a new-ish platform, there are clearly some bugs but overall I enjoy supporting and playing on a crypto only site. That said, there is an issue I hope you are addressing.
I am a depositing customer playing casual for almost 2 months. I prefer tournaments but play cash games occasionally. This site lacks one integral piece of the puzzle. A dash board with current stats. I only see rakeback bonus. What about my current account status. I want to see what I am able to withdrawal and the status of bonuses. Transparency and trustlessness is whats makes crypto great. I dont want to trust a human with my crypto. A personal dashboard might not attract customers like grandiose rakeback rewards, but it will keep them playing here longer.
From what I understand at the moment, if I would like to withdrawal whatever funds I am entitled to, I have to contact customer service and trust they are being honest about my winnings and losses...because at this point, I have no way of knowing. Every major poker site has a dashboard
I think of it no different than a cryptocurrency exchange. They must provide you with a ledger of account. Basic trade activity and info. Exits and entries.

Is your fastest growing poker room meanwhile on pokerscout?

If not, why not?

I've sent multiple emails and have tried asking live support one simple question: how am I supposed to determine my rake paid vs. freeroll-winnings ratio? I've yet to receive an answer.

my last two withdrawal attempts were denied... after a few freeroll wins, I had accumulated ~26mETH. I managed to hustle that up to over 200mETH while playing live cash games. I attempted to withdraw 100mETH (twice) and was denied both times. 24 hours later, live support informed me: "You haven’t paid anywhere near the amount of rake you need to pay to withdraw that amount considering you have never deposited and only played Freerolls." am I being overly sensitive, or is that customer service agent a bit of a cunt?

I have found their customer service to be extremely matter of fact... I've continuously gotten the feeling (whether true or not) that it's a bother for customers to ask questions, and this room as a "take it or leave it" attitude as to whether or not someone wants to play here... not really the demeanor needed to grow a player base... Of course they don't want people simply winning freerolls and cashing out, but there doesn't seem to be enough ring game traffic to realistically be able to rake 2x any winnings in order to withdrawal. I think they may want to revisit the requirements (1x seems fair, but include a deposit requirement?) and/or decrease the number of freerolls they offer. Maybe some kind of "steps" tournament series instead of dedicated freerolls?

Thanks for the suggestion on the steps tournament series. We are reviewing our tournament structure right now and are planning on introducing bigger GTD tournaments.

As for the Freeroll rules, this is in place in order to avoid abuse. We already offer very attractive and industry beating bonuses and RakeRace + RakeBack offers. Even with the markets being hurt so badly by the end of 2018, we kept increasing our prizepools in fiat value.

How many sites out there for poker offer a 200% instant bonus, a cheap structure to get 50% RakeBack and a monthly RakeRace where we have over $12K consistent prizes?

There are certainly things we will improve with the platform this year both feature wise and profitability however Freerolls is not something on our roadmap of improvements for the moment.

Do you have a list of rules or policies you're trying to enforce to avoid multi accounting?

Multi accounting is the biggest threat to poker with crypto.
The absence of KYC avoid you to put heavy restriction.

Yep we have very strict rules on this and secure safety measures that tracks it all. Without revealing too much on the tech side, our systems prevent the same user from playing on the same table or opening up more than one account even if they used VPN's. We track far more than just IP's. On top of which we manually check other aspects of our user base manually such as username/email syntax's, login frequencies and playing styles. We also have other security measures in place to stop chip dumping and soft playing techniques. From our connections with the engineers who work on PokerStars's infrastructure - we adopted a lot of their methods into our own systems.

We even take it a step further and assess hand histories often with new active players who joined up within 7 days. This involves time to action, playing styles, chat logs and anything else that happens within the hand.

cryptopokerclub does a couple things right and a lot of things wrong. the web client is so bad it's almost unusable. the "freerolls" are a joke... let's say you finish in 1st place, winning 8mETH. if you take your winnings to a live cash game and turn it into 100mETH, forget about cashing out. you are required to maintain a 2:1 rake paid vs. freeroll winnings ratio.. if you use freeroll winnings to play cash games, everything you win counts as freeroll winnings, therefore you must pay 200mETH in rake before they will approve a withdrawal. and if you actually manage to meet these requirements, be prepared to wait at least 24 hours for your withdrawal to be processed.. and god forbid you need customer support. they are incredibly rude, almost to the point of being openly hostile towards users seeking assistance. my last interaction resulted in my IP getting blacklisted. but hey their decks are shuffled really well. so there's that.. if you really want to get a feel for cryptopokerclub, save yourself some time and just punch yourself in the dick.

After catching up with one of the support team, lets dispel a few inaccuracies here:

1. You spammed and trolled chat support which got you banned.
2. This is a gambling platform not a charity or Warcraft. If your only complaint is our Freerolls not being 'satisfactory' then we doing something right.
3. Now you continue spamming on both here and Youtube all because you are not happy that you didn't get enough free money that you feel entitled you should have gotten.
4. The 'up to' 24h wait for the withdrawal is due to the fact that we hold funds in cold storage and batch process all withdrawal requests once per day. There is a very good reason we do it the way we do in order to protect our players.

On a brighter note

when those in charge have open contempt for their paying customers, let it be no surprise when their operation is revealed to be a scam. thieves do not respect those who they prey upon.  

This one screenshot is more than enough for anyone to stay away from that casino. I hate people when they do this. He is looking in your eye, avoiding your question and scamming you at the same time.

Lets try again:

1. That chat log does not reveal the whole story. Also your messages were sent apart which may have made the person who dealt with chat to have missed the original message. After your previous spam its very likely they did not even see the original question.

2. We give out well above 5 BTC worth of withdrawals every week. There has not been a single person who has been 'scammed' by us. Feel free to test our deposit/withdrawal system anytime you wish.

3. Having an issue with FREEROLLS does not equal a scam. A scam involves someones money being stolen in some sort of way. You did not pay us a single cent in any way.

4. You did not 'pay' any rake. You simply recycled free credits that were given to you. Then you got angry that you were not able to withdraw your FREE funds because you did not meet the withdraw requirements for FREEROLLS.

4b. Having a withdraw requirement for freerolls does not mean its a scam. Its your decision to play the game in this way. There would be no such requirements if you were using your own funds.

Next time you claim something to be a scam, bring proof of real funds being stolen.

@caiseryon - Since you are so eager, you were banned due to colluding with your neighbouring region. You either worked together with those target accounts or yourself opened up multiple accounts and were chip dumping on a number of accounts before you were caught. You had 7 successful withdrawals across a two month period before getting caught. Your account along with 2 others were banned in the process. Both of which never deposited on the platform either.

In summary - both users who are complaining had several successful withdrawals and had $0 'stolen' from them. This will be our final reply on this matter.

Honestly in any other case I always side with the gambler because there are a lot of places that scam gamblers money out of them and since this is not a trading exchange but a gambling casino (even tough poker) it is easy to steal from gamblers because they think the house will get the money anyway either by gambler losing or even scammed so they don't follow as much as the trading guys losing their money.

Moreover, in this scenario I can see the poker house basically telling how it is and showing the proofs and how the house has rules that you have to follow and the user doesn't. Not like you are going to get free money from any place in the whole world, if they require you to gamble a certain amount for the free money they gave you than you have to gamble that much amount, they give you free amount so that you play there, not because they want you to withdraw it.

ultimately, it's their site, so they make the rules. I can accept that..

when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was denied because I had not paid enough rake. I was told that in order to withdraw, I needed to have a 2:1 ratio of rake paid vs. freeroll winnings. I was also told I had paid "nowhere near" the amount necessary, with respect to rake..

so I asked via email "how am I supposed to determine rake paid vs. freeroll wins ratio?" .... I did not receive a response. I asked the same question in live chat.. no response.. but I knew they had seen my question, because the word "seen" appeared under my dialogue box in green text.

when I finally got someone to respond, they refused to answer my question and subsequently banned me from the site. when I first posted anything about this, cryptopokerclub claimed I was banned for trolling and spamming chat, which is an absolute lie.

I've made a fuss about this issue, because I want others to know that cryptopokerclub has horrendous customer service. they banned me for asking a question and then lied in order to justify their actions.

There was a poker player named Annette Oberstad who signed up for PokerStars, won a freeroll and then proceeded to run that up to over $1 million without ever depositing.

Are you saying that in that exact same situation where a player has won a million dollars from OTHER PLAYERS (not from freerolls) they can’t withdraw that money and Crypto Poker Club gets to keep it?

Player A is a fish. Player A has deposited several times, keeps losing and has lost .1 BTC over time.

Player B is a pro. Player B never had to deposit, won some freerolls and ran that up to .1 BTC in the cash games.

Poker platform says that because player B never deposited, they can’t withdraw. Poker platform has STOLEN .1 BTC from that player.

Period, end of story. These people are thieves. Stay away.

Hmm, they don't seem that unfair to me, if he was really caught using the same IP and sitting at the same tables at the same time, etc, it looks really guilty to me, of course there is no way for us to know whether that's the case or not unless the casino decides to show proof or the user in question has some counter evidence.

and even if the claim of same ip and same time of play are correct (which they are not!!!) how is that a proof of any wrongdoing other than playing at the same location at the same time?

And they didn't randomly ban just you 2, that happen to know each other, you most likely got reported by players (not that hard to spot) and they reviewed your hand history.

I just discovered this website and I am greatful that I saw this one. Great rewards for all users everyday and also the first deposit for sure they will have it. If you watch the video, no handhistories were reviewed and there were a lot of signs that point towards the two players not colluding, but the site did not care, their decision was final and they refused to review further facts.
There were also simply put not enough hands to establish the claims the site made, any poker player would know this but the site's security team do not understand poker.

I feel like at this point this site is more dangerous than the colluders themselves, just confiscating money based on correlations without proof, and refusing to review. Has the money confiscated been redistributed to players? I would bet a lot that the site is keeping all of it.

Tbh, redistributing the money to the other players would probably not change a thing considering the players are still out money. It’d be even worse if it turns out they weren’t actually colluding and weren’t reimbursed. Besides, is that even a thing in the poker community?

In most poker sites when someone is banned for collusion, effected players are reimbursed.

Either way, my main point is that as you can see from the email correspondence, the players were banned without looking at play history or handhistories based on very circumstancial and partial evidence, and letting the site get away with this is a dangerous precedent.

One of the issues with a crypto poker site like this is - these guys are holding a lot of money, and can dissappear with it at a moment's notice - and you'd have no address to complain to - because there is no official company or person behind the site.

When this is the situation, they need to be extra careful and clear to do only trustworthy and transparent actions, or trust is gone.

This is one of the issues causing a conflict of interest. If a player is banned - the site keeps his funds.
This means it is in their direct financial interest to ban players with large account balances.

All poker sites have a real address and company behind them and their have been lawsuits in the past about people being wrongfully banned - but I'm not sure any legal recourse is possible when the people behind the company are hidden/invisible - which raises an alarming question regarding the inherent conflict of interest here.

My name is Ian. I am the affiliate that introduced them to the site and was hoping to bring crypto poker club traffic. They signed up before i managed to get my own affiliate account on the site. I asked to tag them to my account but was unable to do so. They were flagged for being the same person after about two week on the site. I was a player until last week on their site. I withdrew and received my funds. The way the site has handled the case has taken my confidence to play on the site and to recommend other players to play on the site.

Simple facts are a site has the right to refuse anyone's business. There is other sites that refused costumers for a number of reasons. But sites cant just confiscate funds at will and not be accountable. The site has acted above the law in regards to this case and made itself jury,judge and executioner. This is a very bad image and makes the whole crypto space look very bad.

After their accounts got banned. I approached the reps and told them the details and provided a lot of evidence that these are clearly not the same people. In return they have shown no evidence of collusion or wrong doing. All they have provided is circumstantial evidence that can easily be explained away.

This is a very bad image for the crypto space and i still hope the site can see sense and remedy the situation.

1:A clear image of the email with the sender.

2:If you used a hud or have your hand history files those would help. they're accusing you of  similar play styles which isn't how reviewing for collusion works
You said a majority of those hands weren't played at the same tables, and collusion depends on if you played against each other or with "making folds/raises" that players wouldn't normally make otherwise.
It would help to see how many of those 3,000hands where played together, and a copy of both of your histories for those hands played together "so we could see both of your hole cards"

3: like the post on the other thread said "letters from ISP that confirms your story about the IP sharing" or activity logs to confirm that those ips where even showing the same or not and if the patterns matchup.
isp confirmation would be better then having the activity log, but if you're unable to get their cooperation i think there's a few different ways to get the activity log that could help you out.

4: leave this thread and create a scam accusation thread so the proof you provide won't be scattered in the 17pages here, and so others can share their proof that will further support your claims.

I just saw this thread and I am excited to try the windows desktop software which looks similar to zynga poker.The deposit bonus I think it is still valid and I like to see the activity in this site.Many crypto gamblers are suffering from the lack of activity in crypto poker sites so I hope this one to be lively in activity.

So, the other possibility remains: collusion, that we have been working together to gain an advantage.
To that end, our login times, IPs and individual play patterns are irrelevant.
The onus is on you to show that our play patterns have deviated when playing in the same table compared to when playing in different tables.
You have done nothing of the sort, so there is no basis for the accusation of gaining an advantage.

Hence, your claim is baseless. You have no reasonable basis for the assumption of collusion, and thus you are not entitled to the money in the account.
Moreover, this claim puts me at risk of reputational damage, as a person teaching others for a living. If you do not withdraw these unfounded claims, I will be forced to pursue reparations.

You haven't played with Richard_geil since he only plays eth and higher stakes than you.
He is the person who is
A. Not from the same location as me, but with the same internet provider
B. Has similar preflop (3% vpip difference is quite large) stats over a 2000 hand sample, despite me playing heads up for part of that sample.
C. Played less than 20% of his hands with me at the table.

86% of hands are played with mosty Tao_Dang at the table because we play during the same times and he sits every table (just like you, we probably played a lot together too). And the number is a lot because it was very few sessions - I'm sure he played large volume without me.

The person who you played with me at the same table is Tao_Dang who:
A. Has different login times than me.
B. Did not play 86% of his hands with me
C. Does not have similar stats to me.
D. Is from a different location

This is what I mean when I say that cryptopokerclub is twisting facts and showing partial information.

Are we friends? Yes. Is that a reason to confiscate over 10000$ worth of money from me, most of which I deposited - certainly not.

In order for there to be collusion there needs to be proof, and that can only be found in handhistories, not in circumstancial evidence that only shows that people know each other and played together. Knowing someone that you play with is not a crime. Collusion is communicating while playing in order to gain an unfair advantage - this didn't happen and if it had I wouldn't be asking for the hand histories to be made public.

The accusations against cryptopokerclub are mostly about botting and collusion, and from my end about unfairly stealing user funds. I'm happy they are letting you withdraw so far - I felt quite safe/happy until they took my money as well. It's everyone's decision to make what risk they are willing to take with their money, and I sincerely hope that you don't live to regret the decision to keep money there.

Adding this just so there is no mixup about my motivations here:
If the money is ever returned (which it won't be) I would be happy for it to be held in escrow by a reputable community member and donated to charity.

After being banned from their telegram for asking if they will ever respond to house botting allegations/provide proof the accused botters are real players.

I had a very high rakeback status, at the very minimum they are shady as hell for banning one of their highest raking regulars for asking a question(You can see I won 500 dollars in their rake race). You can't trust these people.

I have zero connection to the other person with disputes regarding cryptopokerclub.

I believe they run house bots, I've been a pro poker player for 16 years, big online winner (made over 600k on global poker in a few months). I've NEVER seen action like I have on this site... 5 tables running of relatively high stakes in online's current space with ZERO multitablers for weeks, then when somebody posts that its suspicious the suspected bots start occasionally multitabling (no surprise knocking me further down on the rake race too). The suspected bots play like no population of players I have ever seen, not only do I think they are bots I believe the bots are sharing cards to make higher EV decisions.

Release hand histories and clear your name you scammers.

You don't take banning lightly? So why was I banned for simply asking you to clarify your position on the suspected bots on your site?

1. You were banned from Telegram due to spam. Your spamming behaviour seems to continue even on here which will eventually get you banned again. Thanks for proving our case for us. We do not run any bots and we already stated numerous times occasionally we have house players who fund their own accounts to spark games up. These players are excluded from any competitions and have no edge on the table. Everyone already knows this.

2. There are many players that multitable, not entirely sure where this came from.

3. You stopped playing in the Rakerace over a week before it ended, what did you expect? To retain top position indefinitely and stop playing? Obviously people would overtake you if you stop playing more than a week prior to it ending, especially at the busiest time. This would have happened on any other network and you know it. You are just saying it to try and make your claims look stronger which is purely based on a lie.

4. Another thanks is needed since you just proved to everyone that our competitions are real and you won prize money.

5. Your defamatory comments are based on no evidence other than you being a loser and raging because you lost. If the 'bot' claims were true, don't you think a professional player with 16 years of experience would beat a bot?

6. Lastly you got your high rakeback on time without any issues and had a big withdrawal without any issues proving once again that players can deposit/withdraw without any problems, anytime.

At the end of the day salty players will always be salty. Large scale networks such as Pokerstars were called cheaters and scammers for years since players that loose get angry and just rage. Just look at all their Youtube comments, forum threads and more. Unless you have proof or any substantial evidence then your claims will simply just get dismissed. You were treated well and fairly by the platform and its staff without any problems. You got your withdrawal on time and your first deposit bonus + rakeback added with even winning some prize money in the competition. Your basis of being 'upset' is purely down to your own personal rage of losing to other players. No staff member or player on the platform mistreated you in any way. No software faults or difficulties with playing occurred. You have no real reason to be angry. It is disappointing that you would go to these lengths to try and defame without any proof. This will be our last comment on this matter.

I only directly called you guys scammers after you banned me for asking questions pertaining to your site in telegram, thus causing me to lose my very high rake back status. That's scamming. Nobody spammed your telegram, you are lying as usual. I wrote two sentences asking a question, one single time.

To give a little perspective, they have a telegram chat with 268 users, coinpoker also has a telegram chat but with 4000 user however this site happens to have much more traffic than coinpoker sometimes with 7.5/15 equiv usd 6 max nl runnin with 3 tables for 12 hours+ with not one single multitabler. Seals with clubs has been around forever, yet even their traffic pales in comparison to the MTT traffic of this site at the 150 dollar buy in+ level, 50 or so entries most rebuying as well.

Something really really appears off, multiple cases of them banning people... giveaways that seem impossible to sustain unless they are somehow siphoning money/cheating.

Maybe if they made it possible to analyze hand histories so we could see the abnormalities in the player base. It is unlike any field that I have ever seen. Where are they claiming all these 1500 dollar buy in players are coming from on this relatively unknown site?

They will play pretty damn well for being one tabling randoms then randomly limp k4 off on the button. Their playback % or 3 bet vs me also seems abnormally high. I'm not sure I've ever seen it go open 3 bet infront of me in any position.

Here is my full post that I made weeks ago that they ignored/banned ANYBODY that brought it up in their telegram chat. Sorry not once did I say you guy's were 100% cheating/scamming/stealing... but your actions afterwards prove you have low morale fiber at the minimum... Banning me for asking questions thus stealing my rakeback status which was an investment of time and money on my part. Also lying in public forums about me "spamming your telegram chat". Bullshit.

It's not hard for people to realize something fishy is going on strictly based of  how you have reacted to people asking questions about your platform. You are right everybody has faced questions about their site... and guess what they did? They addressed the concerns... pokerstars allowed/allows players to analyze hand histories and that's how cheaters were eventually caught. What they didn't do: Belittle everybody that brought up concerns/ban them/try to hide everything they said from the public. I brought up legitimate concerns told you a very industry standard way on how to prove you guys were legit on your end and you banned me/others that even brought it up. How would this ever instill confidence in people to play on your site?

Bottom line I am willing to wager anybody these guys are scammers and/or there is a huge botring/colluding ring at their cash games. Cool thing is we can prove it, release the hand histories. Crypto is founded/based on the idea of open source security and trust... open your hand history database and clear your name... I'll happily lose some money over it.

Eskaboro: 100% these guys are scammers and the game is rigged, even at the low stakes. I had a player call my all in on the turn one hand, where I had KK and he had A9. By itself it doesn’t sound weird but he had no pair, no draw, nothing and he SNAP called as if he knew the river would be an ace. Of course it was.

There’s really only one way to explain that.

ETA: When I brought up that some things seemed weird, like you I was snap banned from Telegram and my account was frozen, whatever funds I had were confiscated. And then, as I mentioned earlier, when I tried to get vocal about it here, I was accused of “spamming” and punished by the mods here by removing my signature.

The infamous spammer is back at it again. The mods of Bitcointalk would not punish someone for no reason, clearly we were right. Also you had no funds. All you played was Freerolls then started spamming before being banned.


Everything you said so far is backed up by 0 evidence of any kind meanwhile we have evidence of:

1. Freely giving you large bonuses
2. Getting massive Rakeback in the correct amount
3. Winning Rakerace prize money
4. Withdrawing a large sum without any hesitation or problems.

Clearly 100% scammers. Everything we promised we delivered on. You are just upset you lost some sessions and jumped on the bandwagon of calling us a scam because you cant admit to yourself you did not play as good as you think you did.

If we google any network provider in the world, someone somewhere will be calling them a scam because they are upset.

I've got multiple problems with them. Software is lagging, bags that made me lose 500$ etc. But I was surprise to here that if you want to cancel your first deposit bonus, besides cancelling the bonus, they take 50% of your balance!!!! I mean what the hell? Why do they take 50% of your balance, what right do they have to do that?!
They said it's mentionned in terms and condition, but I looked on all the info about first deposit bonus and it isn't mentionnned ANYWHERE to be visible. Those "terms" are just the small letters they put in order to scam unsuspecting players out of their funds.

The penalty is unacceptable imo, unless Crypto Poker Club provides some valid justifications for such actions.

Regarding lagging, yeah, I remember playing on Crypto Poker Club some time ago, around a year ago or so, and indeed it was slowing down my computer more than any other site I was playing poker on.

Also there was false ad on the site promising 1 BTC freeroll that never actually happened. And yeah, bugs that make you lose in some cases.

Overall I have little desire to start playing on the site again.

Their only reason is to take players' funds.

It's like if you played high stakes and deposited, say $50k in a poker room and that room gave you a "free" 100% bonus of another $50k. Yay! You got $100k!

Nice, right? Well, problem is that the poker room takes $50k ( the "bonus" ) and another 50% out of your balance!!!!

That is if you want to withdraw without paying 200% the bonus they gave you! I mean, it would take ages to pay $100k in rake!!!!

All in all, this is just a scam and a bait to attract unsuspecting players and take their funds.

No, man. They are just there to take the player's funds with their predatory "TOS".

Of course, this possibility is always happens on every site game on every game as well but the problem is we never know when they doing it for real or just to have some fun and scam people money. But for poker games, I do not think they will scam people money since they act as a platform so we do pay some fee for them to play on their site, as simple as that. As long as you don't try cheat, collude or abuse players you will never have an issue depositing/withdrawing. The only people who got banned are collusion groups and others who violate our terms.


You are the perfect example of an absolute joke. You were caught colluding with your friend then you started apologising after you got caught and banned. We can release your previous communication with our team and make it public if you wish to continue spamming our thread.

As we said in previous statements - we will protect the community and player base from harm/cheating at all costs. We do not allow any HUD tools or tracking software either.

Players play other players and we gain nothing by scamming or banning people. Actually if you knew anything about the business model you would know that banning players only harms a platform since less rake is paid + that would mean 1 player removed from the traffic pool. This is not a casino where you play the house therefore your claims make no sense.


Joke #2 with more lies. You never had more than precisely 2.56 mBTC = $25 in your account which you won purely from freerolls and never once deposited. We can release your entire account history public if you wish to continue spamming our thread.

Bottom line

I have full authority as the community manager and owner of forum accounts by the group to dispute any defamatory comments in any which way necessary. Fake news is a big part of today's world and unfortunately lies are spread quite easily across the internet. Anyone is more than welcome to give the platform a try and see for yourself it is trusted and well built.
