I mean if one of those players wins I can't see their cards. Do you plan to change how it looks or write about hands in the chat box? I hope you understand that this is really frustrating when you can't see why have you lost. It has nothing to do with my trust to the fairness of your site. I believe that everything is fair but still it would be interesting to see to which hand I lose.

Also, the banner, "THE BIG 0.5 BTC FREEROLL" is still there, and if you are not planning to run this freeroll, keeping the banner is unfair to the visitors of your site.

Another glitch occurred when I was playing the 35c-70c game. At one point I called when my opponent bet because it said the call amount was 35c but my opponent actually made a pot sized bet of $6 or so. The mbtc amount was incorrect when converted in the call box.

The site seems good but hopefully you do freerolls for players that play in cash games and play a certain amount of hands each day or a rake race like another person mentioned. Having 2 1c-3c games is pretty lame especially seeing as everyone buys in for the minimum. Cash games should never have 10bb buy ins because it ruins the game.

Regarding the 10bb buyins, we have now adjusted that to 20bb buyins for all tables. That will come into affect from tomorrow/next patch update as it requires us to restart all servers.

Have you tried our new tournaments or the new weekend grinders series? We have added quite a lot of new games ranging from medium stakes, knockout/bounty tournaments and deepstack bigger GTD prizes tournaments.

when I registered I used the the browser version and all went ok , but have no idea if it has some problems these days
try downloading the software just to sign up , maybe this will solve the problem and after that you can delete it and play with the browser version

BTW are you trying to sign up with mobile or with your PC , just tried creating another account with the browser version on my pc and all worked good
after signing up it automatically let me through the poker lobby , so maybe you need to try PC in case you using mobile or try clearing cache or pressing shift + F5

Four months? Thats quite odd since most gambling sites does offer no duration when it comes to affiliate earnings which this thing will probably lost interest for some.Hope they would change this rule.

Everything went smooth on when i registered on the browser version i dont know if theres a problem with their software since only that guy have complaints about it and most of us do directly register on web as i presumed.

Not really meant to be a complaint, so much as an objective observation. As carlfebz2 mentioned in an above post, most sites, at least that I'm familiar with, do not put a cap on the amount of time you are affiliated with a referral.

And I'm not sure what your definition of active affiliate is, but this shouldn't be an issue, I don't think. For example, let's say Affiliate A refers two users who play low to mid stakes cash three to five times a week, every week for a calendar year. Let's also suppose these are Affiliate A's only two referrals for that entire calendar year. In contrast, Affiliate B refers five players who play micro stakes ring and small buy-in mtt's, mainly on the weekends. In three months time, most of Affiliate B's original referrals have left the site and he refers 5 more players, who play the same stakes as his previous five referrals.

Now, even though Affiliate A only has two referrals, they should still theoretically be generating more rake than all of Affiliate B's referrals combined, despite Affiliate A not having any new referrals in the calendar year, and thus generating your site more revenue.

TL:DR - Referrals should be tied to affiliates for life, unless there is blatant evidence of some kind of abuse/shenanigans between the linked accounts, regardless if the affiliate is actively referring new users.

personally I'm not good in referring players to gambling sites , but for sure this rule should change since all the sites I know count referrals for lifetime
this may help some people that have good websites to promote you more , since many may not bother with marketing in case they know that they will get commissions only for limited time

You need to check your emails first before posting All withdrawals are done manually and same day. You have been emailed what happened.

Well, thanks for the explanation, I wasn't aware of that. I had been testing new poker sites before, at least 5 of them actually, and it's for the first time I see this kind of attitude to testers. Normally the owners consider those money as payment for testing their site and people are free to withdraw the money they won in promo tournaments without any strings attached.

Of course it's your site and you can set up your own rules, but I think you guys sholud be a bit less sparing with your promotional funds.

Please, don't get me wrong. No way I'm asking to let me withdraw those $10. I'm just trying to help you to figure out how promotion works. If you are not ready to throw away around $10k per month during the first several months, I hate to say it, but you will most likely fail.

Hi again. Here's another review.

I entered a ring game yesterday(June, 8 ) and although I clicked 0.2mBTC I was given 0.4 mBTC to play and my balance was debited accordingly. I thought, no big deal, but then the table had frozen  soon after I started because my internet connection was broken. But then 3 minutes later when my connection was back I was seeing the same frozen table and when I logged out and tried to login again I couldn't do that seeing only this loading and loading



Then, several minutes later, a window popped up for me to enter login and password. I did and again I was seeing the same picture as above for several minutes until the login window popped up again. This happened five times in a row and then I gave up. I'm sure my internet connection was ok at the time because I was chatting with players on PD chat, making bets there and was reading different posts on reddit without any problems.

As I returned back, one hour later, I saw that my balance was creditied with the amount I had at the table before all of the above happened (a bit less than 0.4 mBTC), which is a good thing.

But please, guys, check what's happening. My computer starts working much slower when I'm using your site and I saw similar complaints from other players too.
