"Low rake at 4% with $1 caps beating a lot of the major poker sites"

This is blatantly misleading. Why not just fix the OP and admit you were/are wrong to make that statement? I deposited because you advertised this and it wasn't true. You don't think I have the right to bring it up?

The link you gave me is INCORRECT as well. I got raked $14 on one hand. I was also raked at the 5% rate when I was playing heads up.

Also, even IF your rake table that you posted was correct, the rake would still be absurdly high for a crypto site. Coinpoker is literally free (no rake). Why would anyone come play here with those massive rake caps that are larger than a lot of offshore casinos that rake in USD?

So much potential wasted.

Once again no where did we claim that rake setting to be the same across all tables and if you bothered to read our terms you would have seen our rake structure.

That is also a lie, you did not get raked $14 in one hand. I just looked at the reports based on the highest pots you played and the highest one was a 6 man table with a total pot size of 77.80mBTC and your contribution rake wise was $3.

As for CP, enjoy their CHP which is worth less than 1 cent. Obviously no rake is possible for an ICO since they own the coin. They make revenues by people exchanging real cash for a fake coin with zero adoption or future.

Again even if you think the rake is too high, most players reach the All-Star rank and get 50% of it back anyway automatically every month.

There are more things we are bringing to the table than just a simple poker game and rake is one out of 10 other variables. Both our bonuses and technology is far superior than most of whats out there and time will prove it. We will also continue improving and developing the platform.

I will bring up the rake structure to the team to review but its not entirely unfair at all. Perhaps it may be higher than some but ultimately at the end of the day its the entire package that matters.

Can you give me the hand history number for that hand please?

Just to let people know: I have confirmed that this site is over-raking pots significantly. The max rake is supposed to be $3 but I saw a pot raked $21. I have been in contact with the poker rep and he has promised a response to me by Wednesday with an update/fix to this problem. Looking forward to hearing what they have to say then, but all players should not be playing there until it is fixed.

I was looking to play on the site as well, but they are lacking some features, such as more cash tables, different formats, and different SNG buyin levels. Also over-raking the pot seems very concerning to me, given this is a new site, that has still yet to prove its integrity.

I get your point, it is true that tournament which requires buy-in cant be called as freeroll no matter how low the buy-in amount. It should be called as GTD tournament as the prize seems to be fixed at 20mETH no matter how many players are participated. Freeroll should have no buy-in, it is OK to have requirement such as point or something else, but if it requires money to join then it is not freeroll obviously.

That is the rebuy figure. I see you are using our instantplay web client which is in the process of being reworked completely. If you click into the tournament tab you will see it is a free entry tournament.

Over on our windows is more clearer as you can see here:

I never said it does not work I simply said that our windows client is far more developed. Yes freerolls are free, we have them everyday and hundreds of players on them.

Regarding bonuses, you need to email support to unlock it. You can get 100% bonus twice. Once for your BTC account and once for your ETH account.

If you think the web version has problem you should mention this.
I tried and  i am able to join freerolls but earlier Today when i had ether in account and joined to one of these my balance reduced.
Its how this shown for me.

About Bonus ! you dont think it should be Automatic instead of mailing stuff.

And the main Problem for web users like me is i havent minimum power to change or even see things.
I coudnt find any settings for card themes. and worst i am unable too see my financial history in website.

No it shouldn't be automatic. It is an instant bonus paid out in full and not unlocked in parts like most sites. We have detection methods against fraud and also do manual checks to ensure people are not abusing bonuses. It happens a lot as you can imagine.

Your balance only reduced if you bought an addon or a rebuy.

Card themes are a windows application only feature. You can see financial history on web client but its basic. Only shows deposits and withdrawals and not transactions of tourney/cash game winnings, ect.

We built the entire service primarily for the windows application and only spent a fraction of the time on the web client as a secondary release platform. There will be a series of upcoming updates for the web client over the next week or so and then a continuation of improvements before we release our mobile apps.

I gave it a try with 20 mBTC, and I am already 90% sure that player "boiman" is a house player. Smiley

Got 2 videos of 2 absurd hand calls, where he hits on river.

An example:

I got K2 Hearts.
Flop is 8 K something, 8 and the third card is heart as well.
That player raises me several times, I am calling in hope of flush while still having K pairs.
He keeps reraising and on turn he did really big raise. I called it.
And of course another 8 hits the river.
He had 8 and something, unsuited, and not hearts.

Of course all that could be luck, but the way of raises, reraises and the almost all in prior the river, was absolutely like he knew another 8 was coming.

The other video I got is several reraises preflop, in the end I hit all in with QQ pocket. He cals with 99 pocket and of course the first card on the flop is 9.. Smiley

Again all this could be unreal luck for him, but still looks strange to happen to same player in a matter of 3 minutes.

He is most certainly not a house player. Hes a long time member since our first month of launch and also talks on Telegram occasionally. He is top 2 of the rakerace leaderboards twice now in a row mainly out of playing high stakes heads up cash games with a few other regs.

"8, K, something" is not exactly specific and by the sounds of it, just sounds like an aggressive play.

Poker is a game of information. Rather than coming on here raging about it, how about learning your opponent and find an exploit?  Tongue

Copy of our recent message out to all club members. We wanted to share it out on here as a general update!

Its been quite an exciting past two months! A lot has happened and in this email we will update you all on changes, updates and the future!

News

As of this week, we have passed the 1 millionth hand played on our network! As we write this update, we pass hand number 1,057,000!

Over the past 10 weeks we have ramped up our own marketing activity which is starting to drive a lot of new faces. We have reinvested all our operating capital for platform improvements and marketing to ensure players play on a more updated and busier platform.

We have seen over 220% growth month on month across both our BTC and Lobby lobbies so far in player traffic and activity.

We have kick started our biggest Rakerace event ever at prizes of $6,000. This is double of what it was back in July. We look to double the rakerace event again in October!

In August, we started giving out 200% bonuses which will now remain. You can get a 100% bonus twice (once for BTC and once for ETH)!

In August we also had the first of many tournament/sng competition. The next one will take place right after the current rakerace ends from the 18th September with twice the prizes.

We recently revamped our Ambassadors programme where partners can now get 60% rakeback and up to 30% revenue share based on performance. We also introduced the ability to create your own games, tournaments and even host private games. Private password protected games feature has recently been built in.

A few weeks ago we increased our Freerolls to every hour rather than every 2 hours. Not only did we increase the number of daily freerolls but we also doubled the prizepools. BTC prizepools were 0.5MBTC each, now it is 1MBTC. ETH freerolls were also added valued at 20 Finney each.

Software Updates - Windows

- Fixed a number of withdrawal and deposit bugs preventing users from making transactions from certain exchanges/wallets.
- Fixed lobby filtering as it was not working for higher stakes games.
- Animation speed increase to speed up games as requested.
- Display fix for table preview in some cases, incorrect usernames were shown.
- Major rework for the rank progress screen - you can now view your realtime rank progress, rakeback unlocked and rake paid.
- Dynamic update banners added, get frequent banner updates of latest events such as the rakerace leaderboards.
- Ram memory function rework added to better reduce RAM usage caused by our security features and RNG.
- Private password protected games added.
- Mixed games support added.
- Improved Avatar upload feature to better scale images on the game table.
- Multitable tiling feature improved to better support more screen sizes - sometimes if you ran multiple tables at once, some tables would appear off the screen. This is now fixed.
- Languages optimized to support 12 major languages

Software Updates - Web Client (part 1, more updates to come soon)

- Withdrawal screen now supports adding both BTC and ETH addresses. Prior to this, you would need to confirm each address manually via email. This now makes withdrawals faster.
- Custom avatars now added on the web client. Upload and edit custom avatars simply by clicking your name!
- Rank progress and rakeback screen updated to show more statistics of your account and now works across all ranks.
- SNG games are now supported by our web client.
- Lobby filters fixed for stakes. Did not work properly for ETH lobby prior to the fix.
- Hand replay now works well for older replays. Older replays that took place longer than 7 days used to be erased.
- Dynamic update banners added, get frequent banner updates of latest events such as the rakerace leaderboards.
- Private password protected games added.
- 'Seated' bug fix added. Sometimes when shifting tabs, players names were not showing properly.
- 12 inconsistencies improved on the mobile version of Instantplay.

Security Updates

As you may have read from our whitepaper, we operate under very strict security modules against cheating, hacking, bots and more. Over the past two months we have been on a mission in the background improving our detection methods and have hired a private 3rd party to aid in consulting.

Since our launch 4 months ago, our detection systems have caught:

- A whopping 287 fraud & collusion attempts
- Blocked 61 bot attempts
- Stopped 39 Instances of chip dumping in tournaments

We have continued to improve our systems and its safe to say we are now more secure than ever before. We feel security is one of the biggest problems in online poker which we look to tackle.

Rake Structure Updates

We had reports that sometimes rake for a hand is overcharged and sometimes undercharged. Over the past week we have been investigating and testing what the issue could be. We later isolated the problem with a new update we had 3 weeks ago while patching Rakeback issues some users faced. This then lead us to discover the problem also linked to our ETH lobby and some calculations were off if done simultaneously. This affected 22% of all hands played.

Long story short, we decided to rework the entire rake structure to patch the issue. While working on the fix, we also noticed that our current structure was quite complex as it relied on too many factors. In resolution, please find our new simplified rake structure below. For some of the higher stakes games, we also reduced the rake percentage from 5% down to 4% and made that the basis across all games.

*For reference, 1 mBTC = 30 mETH (Finney) approximately.

BTC Cash Games:

2 Players - 4% - 0.8MBTC Cap
3 Players - 4% - 1MBTC Cap
4+ players - 4% - 1.2MBTC Cap

ETH Cash Games:

2 Players - 4% - 20 mETH Cap
3 Players - 4% - 30 mETH Cap
4+ players - 4% - 35 mETH Cap

Tournament Structure Updates

We took all the feedback from all players and reworked our entire tournament schedule. The tournaments below are also mirrored onto our ETH lobby with the same buy-ins (as mETH equivalent) and in the same times. Another change we implemented is that ALL tournaments are now GTD tournaments!

MICRO STAKES:

NLHE HYPER TURBO 0.1 MBTC ($0.7 Buy-in) [GTD $7+] @ 12:00 UTC
NLHE TURBO 0.1 MBTC ($0.7 Buy-in) [GTD $7+] @ 14:00 UTC

NLHE DEEPSTACK 100 MBTC ($700 Buy-in) [GTD $5000+] @ 00:00 UTC

Rakeback Structure Improvements

As mentioned earlier, we had improved our Rakeback feature and the statistics/tracking of rank progress. During this progress, we created a change in the rank requirements to normalize the ranking up journey. Effectively we found that ranking up in ETH was harder than BTC and needed this to be normalized. You should now find ETH games to be as easy to rank up as BTC games!

You will also find we have one of the cheapest requirements for our upper 50% Rakeback on the market!

*For reference, 1 mBTC = 30 mETH approximately.

BTC VIP Rakeback Programme:

Bronze Star: 1 mBTC - 5% Rakeback
Silver Star: 10 mBTC - 10% Rakeback
Gold Star: 32 mBTC - 20% Rakeback
Platinum Star: 250 mBTC - 35% Rakeback
Gold Star: 500 mBTC - 50% Rakeback

ETH VIP Rakeback Programme:

Bronze Star: 30 mETH - 5% Rakeback
Silver Star: 300 mETH - 10% Rakeback
Gold Star: 960 mETH - 20% Rakeback
Platinum Star: 7,500  mETH - 35% Rakeback
Gold Star: 15,000 mETH - 50% Rakeback

Competitions and Bonuses Updates

- We have created a new competitions updates page: www.cryptopokerclub.io/competitions
- Our plan is to keep increasing our prizepools and competitions month on month! We kick started our biggest Rakerace event ever with much more to come soon.
- We now allow a 200% Bonus (100% X 2) unlocked instantly as a first deposit. This is not unlocked in parts but up front.
- More competitions such as the Tournament & SNG competitions will start taking place every month!
- New weekend warrior bonus will be announced soon which will give highest raking players over the weekend a special bonus!

Our Roadmap

We are on the mission to become the most trusted Crypto Poker platform on the planet as well as the most profitable poker site ever. We are looking at ways to improve your experience as well as new ways of giving back through strong VIP programmes, bonuses and weekly/monthly competitions.

Our future Roadmap plan looks like this:

1. Build an on-board coin exchange service exclusive for club members to exchange coins on the platform at lower rates than any exchange out there making it easy to play across multiple currency tables without having to withdraw then exchange then deposit back.
2. Supporting all the major coins such as Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ripple and more!
3. Adding both iOS and Android Apps to the platform for mobile users.
4. Adding more game types such as shorthanded poker, Chinese poker and zoom poker.
5. Expanding the group to support other games (such as Blackjack, Roulette, ect) on a separate but connected platform with one unified profitable VIP programme like never seen before!
6. Linking the new games with our decentralized RNG system and our innovative security modules.

We hope points 1 and 2 will be ready by the end of this year with the rest of the points being met by mid-late 2019!

Thank you all for joining us on this journey and much more to come soon!

As always, all feedback is welcome and any suggestions would be taken into consideration strongly.

Good luck on the tables!
