No my friend its not a choice, it does not work like this.

Spend some time here, move around try to understand what is going on and how this forum is working.

• Pass around this board more frequently Bitcoin Forum > Other > Beginners & Help
• Read sticky thread in every board, before posting a topic
• Newbies - Read before posting
  

You have some restrictions as "Newbie"  (until you become Jr. Member) for example:

1. Images in posts disabled for newbies [You can wave of this restriction by buying a Copper Membership with nominal BTC fee]
2. You have to wait minimum 360 second between the posts [However this will decrease as your activity increases]

No one here can promote you in a snap to Jr. Member I think even mods or admins cant do that, you need to meet the requirements to be promoted to jr. members.

I heard some of my newbie friend also facing that kind of problem.

Moving up to Jr. Member is not like a promotion to jobs that you will earn once someone just like you to advance to the next rank, even admins can't do such a thing to move you up to Jr. Member. It is something that you need to earn by yourself as a reward of contributing to the forum. There are some rules and guidelines regarding on how to rank up and what are the required requirements to move up. These 4 replies above me contains very helpful links to those guidelines. You'd better check them all out.
