Don't overthink that much. Crypto's price are varying and you should understand that's how these digital currencies are moving.  If you are worried to buy today because the prices are going down, decide for yourself and don't buy at all.
But if you are a risk taker and you see the going down of the price as a way to take advantage of it, then buy at low prices.

What time span are you talking about? Although the first half of this year wasn't so good for cryptos, there wasn't a time interval longer than 5 days during which the price was falling continuously for any established altcoin. If you were talking about hours, then you were right probably, but everything has changed since your post already. Look at the market, it's green.
