Someone should buy a car or truck. Maybe not right now! But it's the kind of thing that you don't get a lot of choice with in bitcoin retailers till now, unless you've got Lamborghini or Tesla money, from what I've heard If we could make car dealers think about accepting bitcoin, that adds a nice bit of momentum to the movement. Gotta be attractive to them: instant funds clearing, no fraudulent card purchases, keeping that 3-4% they always hand to the processor, etc.

This is the only one I could find on there: http://www.overstock.com/Sports-Toys/Chevrolet-Racing-Camaro-2-Seater-in-Black/7723691/product.html?searchidx=4

I bought several handbags! So excited! They were on sale 90% off too! And I used the small amount of coin I still had on Gox. That is one way to get rid of coins left there! Please could you post a picture of those handbags when you can? Got a few different styles of these. They will make nice gifts too. I know most guys won't care though. http://www.overstock.com/Clothing-Shoes/Handbags/Gigi-Hill,/brand,/111/dept.html

Come on Americans! Lead the way on this one (Bitcoin payments accepted in the States from today)! Get the Bitcoin economy going! Spend spend spend! Please post photos, info or whatever you like about what you bought on this thread. https://www.overstock.comThat's weird. I thought they said they were launching in June. Have I overslept?

Go overstock! fucking proxy http://postimg.org/image/73v4rerip/Anyone able to host this on a forum friendly site and PM me the link? Thanks. Haha, well done. I hope they get plenty of bitcoin business.

Wow. There are some big spenders on here! I am sure Overstock is surprised by the increase of sales. I hope they start gloating about how it was their greatest move ever taking BTC. Hopefully more large companies will follow soon.

Same here. I could not find a single fucking thing that I wanted after a couple of minutes looking around At least the stuff isn't massively overpriced like most of the previous attempts at selling trinkets for bitcoin. That's welcome progress in my book.

4-footed food wanders around my place every day. A salt lick, powerful flashlight, and a multi-purpose harvesting tool largely covers the bases here. Got it handled.

Overstock seems to cost about 25% more than amazon or ebay.
