Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

If we can get some of the hash from coinarmy over to easy-mining, that would be a good start. We'd need a few miners to move in one go though. It wouldn't be worth mining below 10MH/s.

Please move away some miners from coinarmy a.s.a.p.

Coin Army has a 25Mh rig parking on it  Grin

P.S. Obviously not my rig Embarrassed

Mmm, i don't like that, this can be again one of those people that want to bring down a coin by dumping it at a exchange and destroy all the work. So maybe miners from Coin Amry need to move away to other mining pools to make it more difficult for him to hit a block. Around 10000Kh/s, it is ok, that we can all manage, but 25Mh/s is already pretty big, big enough to crash this coin when it would hit the exchange now.

Dont worry guys. I'm that 25mh/s shark and i will hold this for a long time. I strongly believe in this coin.

Dammit man, you made me move from my favourite pool Sad

Anyway, why don't you mine solo? With that hashrate you should be able to hit blocks fairly consistently.

Thanks for making yourself known. This makes me feel a little better. I hope you also consider using some of your coins to invest in promotions and bounties. With such a large share you hold a lot of influence in making this coin great. I'm sure, just like the rest of us, you want to see Klondike be where it should be.

Yes, why don't you mine solo? It should certainly give you more coins solo at the moment then mining in a pool. When difficulty is moving up to 3 then it will be more difficult.

PS: You don't need to give me any coins Smiley Just supporting this community and help make this coin big. I want to see $1 = 1KDC Smiley

Yes, actually i had this in mind. I really want to see this coin hit more than 4-5$ (Still, when we hit that i will not sell)

Those are little games, but it would be great to see those games working with KDC too. I'm not technical so don't ask me to make it Smiley

I think that's certainly possible to reach. I'll keep promoting Klondike Coin. I have a small stake, but it is a stake nonetheless.

If you're finding most of the blocks on the pool, then solo mining should be far more profitable for you. It was even for me with my 900 mhash/sec up until today. I've just switched back to pool mining because once the next difficulty increase kicks in I doubt it'll be worth me solo mining any more. With your hash power you shouldn't have to worry about that for some time. Well, unless the coin really takes off.

That is pretty high 4-5$... I always compare a coin with other coins. 20M coins so when we have $1 per coin then we have a marketcap of $20M, Quark had one day a marketcap of $20M, so i believe that this coin also should be able to meet $20M one day. $4 or $5 then we are talking the sizes of Namecoin etc, so that is already big, unless ofcourse those coins will also be worth 5 times more then now, what ofcourse can be possible and then i need to say that you can be right. Anyway i'm not selling my 3,000 coins for less then $1 per coin.

I would be thrilled with a dollar. $0.50 or even 0.25 would be nice. We'll see. Have to get on an exchange first, because there don't seem to be any buyers in the trading threads.   Wink

The altcoin market is not stable at the moment, we need to hit a exchange when the mood is positive, not now, people are selling. Honestly this coin is one of the only coins that are moving higher in hashrate after a few days. No buyers, i will give you a example, i had coins of XIV (Xivra) also very interesting coin, but anyway, they were trading on coinedup, no volume, nothing and today they were added to coinmarketcap and suddenly a big spike in volume.

This is also something that i already communicated with the PR person. Don't put us too soon on the market, first let miners mine a little, and from the moment you hit the market make sure that you're on coinmarketcap and then on wheretomine and coinwarz. Why first let us mine a few days/weeks/months, is very easy, we are miners that believe in this coin, we will not sell when it hit the market, we will keep it. Marketing is very important here, we already need to have a big basic when we hit the market, we needs a lot of people that want to buy this coin from the start. Also we need services that allow you to pay with KDC. For example i've a girlfriend and she do massages, so i'm certainly willing to promote KDC to pay her to receive massages, ok, this is a locale business, but if every miner find 1 locale business then we have 100 local businesses, and those businesses also find 10 new businesses then we have 100 businesses that use KDC, and then 10000, .... SUCCESSFUL COIN = GOOD MARKETING!!!!

It's things like that which end up in local newspapers. Anywhere that accepts Klondike Coin is a victory for the currency. It would be amazing if we could find someone that would even sell gold for Klondike Coin.
