Gah not again. I'll get onto the admin though i'm not convinced that is correct. It doesn't add up. small time miner + cryptofountain equals way more than what the net hash is. Not taking into account other pools. stm were having problems earlier so they may not be up. |

Not taking into account other pools. stm were having problems earlier so they may not be up. Sometimes the hashrate on smalltimeminers is indeed incorrect. |

Folks, this is a non-issue I don't understand your line of thinking here, or better yet you don't understand your own line of thinking, the difficulty has dropped and people tend to mine for profit no? so we have in increase in hash rate, which when you see it on the pool it's more or less instant, the network speed is calculated by the daemon by the speed of the blocks found and will take a little time to reflect the faster blocks, it will adjust but much more slowly. Now there is a single user with half the pools hash rate, if this user was on another pool we would have the same situation, it's going to happen, every pools rate is going to go up and down, I have been quite fair and closed registrations some time ago, you know when the multipools decide to have there way with this coin then what's your argument? they leave no holds barred when they mine something. |

I think you may have misunderstood me, it was not meant as criticism of your pool. I just think we (Miners) should spread the hash over several pools. I think you may have misunderstood me, it was not meant as criticism of your pool. I just think we (Miners) should spread the hash over several pools. Thanks for explaining how the network speed is calculated. If I had 100 MH/s I would mine solo I never took it like that at all, I'm just trying to explain to folks that might not fully understand what they see how the network really works. |
