I analyze the information here and try to draw up a future strategy for my work. I think it's a silly business to sell tokens immediately after receiving from the bounty. Tokens lose in price, and they are sold. If in the future I get tokens from the bounty - I will keep at least 6 months.

Not really. if you choose the right bounty campaign then the coins will be valuable to hold them. Some bounty hunters are good holders.

they are selling it for some major reasons like they need money to provide their wants and also their needs. sometimes bounty hunters selling their token to exchange it to top altcoins in the market. we cant stop them for that, because its already their token.

As far as I know, most of the bounty hunters here doing bounty as their daily job which is really awkward. That's the reason why most of the bounty hunters sell their token/coin immediately after the ICO end.

bounty hunters are selling their token immediately for one reason, they need money. they are participating in bounty campaigns to make money. but its also true, sometimes they just dont believe in the project, so they are choosing other altcoin to invest

Well, in such a market it is a sin not to sell after you have been given tokens , I think if you were given about 5 Ethereum why not fix the profit ?)

theyre dumping it immediately for profit, they do not think of the great project of the coin. id rather hodl mine cause i receive it free from rewards.

They immediately sell the reward  they received from ICO project because they badly need a money or that is their mindset. Some bounty hunters participate to earn extra income as they think of it as a partime work not investment. Eventually , once they fully understand the benefits if they going to hold the coin ,they wont sell it immediately.

Bounty hunters do not care about the purpose of a coin created,,, they just know about make money. So the opportunity is immediately used,,, no matter what price token that goes into their wallet. They should be more patient waiting until the price of coins in accordance with the ICO. So it will not make the price of coins fall.

Do you have to control people on how to spend their earned rewards, no. So bounty hunters are free to sell what they earn at any given time they wish they can sell them, they are quite different from investors who are waiting for more gain to roll in before trading what they have.

that's right, bounty hunters are selling their tokens immediately after they receive their rewards because its their own asset. they are the owner of it. if they think that they want to sell it, they are free to sell it anytime they want.
