It's a really simple question, see the members of the bounty of companies get tokens for free and as soon as the token goes to the normal exchange they immediately sell them, and some hold tokens and in my opinion this is the right decision, you can always sell the tokens forever but it's better to wait

Well most bounty hunters lives in a third world countries where unemployment is high, so most of them use the returns from the bounty to pay their bills and take care of their loved ones, aside that most people sell off because they want to use the money to invest in another coin, i think that's the reason why most bounty hunters sell immediately.

Everyone has their own strategies and reasons. Some people choose to immediately sell the tokens they get because they are afraid that tomorrow the price will decrease, some people sell it because at that moment they are in need of money and some choose to hold it because according to them the token can still increase and reach its highest point. I think it's better for you to do an analysis of the tokens you get before deciding to sell or hold them.

Expectedly the right thing to do as bounty hunters is to hold so as to keep the value of coin and not to just dump overnight. But no matter how persuasive of the potential of the tokens are, some bounty hunters will still go ahead to dump the tokens and that is the more reason why ico team no longer give bounty rewards when investors are given their tokens.

that mostly depends on the value of token you are holding. There are some tkens or coins which are low value coins and if you don't sell it earlier the price will go down or the coin will loose its value.

I cannot blame some bounty hunters that sell the tokens they receive immediately for some reasons that made me to feel sorry for some of them. There was a day i was wondering at what really make some bounty hunters to dump at ridiculous prices sometime, that some even do not mind getting as low as $2 if possible. There are some of them who find it hard to meet their daily needs. Therefore,  resort into selling immediately.

Holding is what I do. The price should not going to have any impact if I sell the coins that much.
