People are dumping on coinmarket.io influencing everybody and setting a low "market price", now everybody is judging the coin and trading by this price even on the forum, we should all wait for a big exchange and hold coins, sell only if it is urgent. IMHO
The exchange is working very good, especially for a beta version , it is very fast, I withdrew coins there and everything works well, but just saying that this value is not helping anyone..
Seriously LET THEM DUMP! Im buying all of them up when they hit low enough price.

I did exactly the same thing. Just after start up of coinmarket I bought a whole bunch of USDe at 72.
And at the moment Cryptsy is also not everything as it is laggy and very slow.

For almost 1 day I don't think that I saw 2 buys for this coins. But we also say that coins should be at leas 300satoshi not to say 400 or 1k. Right?
So why there is so less interest of buying coins when there are at 100 satoshi?

I personally have near 20k coins, due to my 70kh/s and for some bounty that I had receive and I also hosted some giveaways and I won't sold them until, yes maybe they will reach +1k when a major exchange will accept USDE, and yes I can't buy them at such a low price because I invested all of them in a rig.

But what about the others?

You indeed see at lot of selling at coinmarket, but even in your picture you see the price is getting higher again.
Yesterday one could see the same thing, only selling (I even thought something was wrong with the list), while the price went up to 160.
Coinmarket was a couple of times down today, trading just started a few hours ago again. This does no good to the value of a new coin.

Talking about coinmarkets: I cannot get Cryptsy website to refresh. Anybody else seeing the same thing?
Maybe Cryptsy is busy adding USDe Cheesy Cheesy !

Fellow USDe'ers, with all due respect...

All of the action is in a few other coins being hyped and pumped at the moment... the market will correct itself and we will see more activity here in USDe land.

Besides, we have not yet established enough services, payment merchants and such to create a real demand for USDe. The fact that the coin got listed on a beta exchange before real demand for it has been created doesn't mean its value has to be high right away.

If you're selling USDe at these prices, you will be in for a surprise down the road. We're not going away and will stick with our plans, but we will be asking everyone to contribute in one way or another.  In other words, this will be a community effort, because together we can reach exponentially more people with our message.

I'd like to start transforming this thread from whining about weak hands at our first exchange into an informative debate about money, loans, banks and usury in general.  This coin was designed to help address a lot of these issues and we are very ambitious about where we want to go with this project.  All of this will take lots of energy, planning and proper steps taken at the right time and with the right partners.

It seems a lot of people on here are looking for instant gratification and get rich quick schemes rather than developing something meaningful and worthwhile, and engaging our peers (and DEVs) in productive discourse about the USDe's project's future.

If you would truly like to help us move USDe forward:

1) Do a little bit of leg work and send us Federal Reserve jokes.
2) Good at graphics?  Great, get us some revolution style posters (i.e. people revolting over corrupt bankers or government)
3) Are you good at writing?  Find interesting facts about Fiat that can be used for quiz games.
4) Know a good developer who can put together some interesting services or games together?  Send them to our thread for a bounty.
5) Have you seen lucky's social media (Twitter) promotion?  Why not contribute 500USDe and grow the list of the effort's supporters?
6) Seen Piesel's thunderclap campaign efforts?  Why not support it with your facebook or twitter or google account?
7) Been to http://usd-e.com and think you have interesting ideas to keep the visitors engaged?  Share
Cool Have any interesting ideas to use unorthodox methods to reach people who haven't heard of crypto?
9) Know someone who's particularly skilled at making interesting videos?  How about a tutorial for a home user to receive USDe from a free faucet (which will be released tonight BTW)?

Sorry, I didn't mean to rough up any feathers if I did, but if you're not looking to work with us to make USDe great sooner than our little in comparison DEV group can, please don't expect us to be 10x USD today, ok?  Smiley

I bought for .44BTC 382k USDe personally just a few moments ago.  I don't think the beta coinmarket.io even showed my buy orders, or maybe it's behind.

Sometimes they have problems, and put the exchange on hold for 30 mins or so...Infact smart move this coin is TOOOOOO CHEAP. If you check how many coins LOT/EAC has and how money coins we only have ... just compare the prices then we should be trading a lot higher then this.I'm also planning to buy a few BTCs are current levels. Just sold all my doges , so....

The idea is not to have 1-2-5 users that donates +5k, +10k, but 250, 500, 1000USDE. It's not much.

I think that a private chat room should be created where we could talk more sensitive subjects, brainstorming, and many more.

Approximately so, depending on hash rates.

Coinex is a great exchange, very fast, unlike Craptsy. Tonight is hell over there.
