I have a question if I wanted to buy some Cryptonium Coin today (the ones pre-mined) for $25 how many could I get and where?

Will this be fair launch with pools and wallet before it starts? Or will the small miners end up with all orphans while the hashwhales eat everything @ low difficulty?? PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!
