Just curious, is this a BTC-E fan coin? I have have little experience with BTC-E and do not know of the people involved with this coin, but it seems like more people are excited for the people involved rather than the coin itself.

I can't support any coin where the premine is not explicitly used for giveaways or to improve the coin. The presale is obvious developer profit taking. I'm not calling this a scam coin, but I don't see any real innovation or reason to support this over other altcoins.

As I see it, premine is OK if the developer works super hard to ensure its success. It gives them incentive.
The complainers just want to get rich themselves and don't want to make the developer rich in the process.
People don't realize that the very money that we use (fiat) is pre-mined a lot more than 2%.
Heck, nearly 1% of the world population owns more than 50% of the wealth. Unfair right?

I'd rather be very sceptical about new altcoins, but really looking forward to this one!  David Pate and Koolio said a lot of good things about UTC via twitter and Neotrix (CT admin) wouldn't add the coin if it was scam. so, as a shareholder of crypto-trade shares all i can say is "welcome! you're in the right place". |

May I add I support this coin as I know the team well. Im buying coins in stakes like anyone else. Im quite happy for Bumface and Ziggy to be taking a small premine cut and the reasoning is simple. Firstly they will put a lot of time on the line for promotion, if working 9-5 this gets in the way, therefore a little cash helps pay for their time. Its pointless saying their time is paid for when prices increase, because unfortunately putting food on the table and bills do not wait for those periods. Secondly I doubt anyone could say their cut would be 'dump' levels, im actually impressed they hold such a low share, in comparison to the amounts devs from dodgecoin and NXT were paid they are being very fair.
I for one am pulling the stops out in promoting this. As the exchanges know good people are behind it with well known promoters they have safety in the future of the coin. All I can say this coin has a very bright future with its acceptance on exchanges....

Can it be confirmed that CT will really add this coin. I can only find it mentioned here and @official_utc on twitter.
There is nothing yet from CT/Neotrix to support this claim that they will add it  edit: admin confirmed it looking forward to a new coin on CT, its a rare thing that happens! |

That's just because people tend to think that all work which happens on a computer is more like playing computer games than hard work. I hate this attitude. Just because someone is using his brain instead of a shovel to work does not mean he isn't doing anything. Bumface, i wish you best luck. From what i read from you in trollbox, i'd say you're a honest guy and i'd like to see this coin succeed. |
