FairQuark 99% premine scam + Double the block times and half the inflation. The developer doesn't even know mid school mathematics.
I wouldn't even exchange 1 peercoin for all frq available. Obvious trolls are obvious. FQ has issues. coolisbad = troll FQ design has a few xyz flaws coolisbad = troll. FQ has xyz bug coolisbad = troll FQ ROCKS coolisbad = Not troll. After seeing Quark’s superior potential ruined with 98+% premine, Troll...

Good luck with that keen market sense.

Launching a FairQuark dice website sor you can waste your FRQ and spam the blockchain Works like Satoshi dice: you send a certain amount to an address, and you get a reward or a loss confirmation amount in return. House edge 2%. Note that this is a beta, and is "probably fair", as in "theoretically provably fair but bugs could exist". It uses a random from hash of tx id + secret key lile satoshi). So only bet what you're ready to lose, though bugs could just as well end up being in your favor You can donate to the house there: qf8UAzotfvMzUukaosbDxnvuDwgwDhVASw

Hello everyone! Unfortunately Bitcointalk moderators decided to ban all giveaways on altcoin forums. This is the reason why the giveaway threads have been locked. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=434310.0Twitter and IRC giveaways are still active!

What about going for a new exchange market to have somewhere to trade the coin? www.coinmarket.io, freshmarket.co.in or poloniex.com?

Just started mining this one. Curious to see what happens when it hits the exchanges. Of all the coins I like the specs of QRK the best.

This is the reason why the giveaway threads have been locked. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=434310.0Twitter and IRC giveaways are still active! Could you please explain what happened with the pre-mine ? You said we can track it here http://finder.fairquark.com/address/qLSALnUEFuBR5tjFudfHJx9SR3qAcfR2oY but it only says there are 7 transactions out ? I don't get that link... And what's up with the http://mine.fairquark.com:8372 pool ? I mined there and didn't get any coins, while I did get coins on all other pools. People say it's a scam pool, i'm starting to believe it is, and this coin too ? Give us more transparency please...

I'm interested on buying some frq but not before it gets into one or two exchanges. Based on IRC conversations I also know they have been asking from at least some exchanges (bigger altcoin places) but I don't know what to think of those super small ones. I wouldn't like to put my coins in them but if someone is willing, it's not my problem What I really would like to see is FRQ on cryptsy. Oh well, back to the subject I came to write about. The pool mine.fairquark.com seems to work fine for me sometimes and sometimes not. I haven't seen anything making it scam but cause of problems is probably because I'm small miner and they might have set it up to count shares from too small time. At these days I usually use MPOS pool http://cpu-pool.net/frq and it works good.

This is a very good question. Originally we thought reading from block explorer would be ledger enough but it's not good for that. It can be used to verify transactions but on FairQuark it's lousy for reading big lists of data. Since it's sometimes a bit chaotic on forum, we will start ledger on FairQuark homepage and I'll post a link here too after it's available. But just in case someone wants to check transactions from block explorer, the original link is correct and should allow inspection the hard way. But to put it simple: We transferred 1.5M FRQ into another account that has been used for giveaways (and is still in use), 2M is dedicated to current bounties (paid from main account). Also more bounties will be announced after priority bounties have been fulfilled. And what's up with the http://mine.fairquark.com:8372 pool ? I mined there and didn't get any coins, while I did get coins on all other pools. People say it's a scam pool, i'm starting to believe it is, and this coin too ? Give us more transparency please... Like someone said before - It's most likely due too small share counting time span and it will be increased now. But this pool wasn't ment to be any sort of main pool ever. Just to let people get started with mining until other pools pop up. Sorry for everyone for frustration with that specific pool.

Its not hard to present the data but to collect it all. We were counting very much into block explorer. Also plain numbers don't proof anything, there must be some kind of info about for what that transfer is paid for. Bounty topic luckily seems to be nearly up to date.

(those 100 FRQ transactions were me before I stopped to read the rules! ) Ah, sorry for the low limits, you should have gotten 99% back automatically (and not 96% as site incorrectly stated for a while) I'm not one of the FairQuark-rich, so initial "house" funds were quite low and I wasn't sure about the correctness of the code -- and there were actual bugs, in which case the game assumed a win... which explains the current imbalance between wins and losses in the stats, the dice game behaved a bit like a faucet for a few hours ;-) The house has been subsidized by a donator (tanks!), so I've raised the bet limits a bit. Things should hopefully be stable now, and the "probably fair" hash history log will start getting published tomorrow (random number generator code already made public). As I get more confident in the stability and performance, I'll raise limits and more varied odds. (PS: I don't anticipate to get rich on it, but to learn the ropes of bitcoin API & blockchain hacks)

Using this pool as well and so far no issues. Anyone heard if Cryptsy will be listing this soon?
