Like your total GH/s owned as a percentage of the total Pool GH/s would be used to calculate your percentage of the total BTC mined !

Customers have not been ripped off, yet he is receiving a large number of death threats.  He has received some very unreasonable demands and it will be impossible to make everyone happy.  As far as law enforcement is concerned, there will be a statement made and the threats & blackmail messages will be shown to them.

All this is a result of lack of transparency.

Jason is merely seeing a reaction, by Jason's victims, a reaction to Jason's own criminal endeavours.
