It sounds like the pool is messed up or isn't finding any blocks. Try http://foxcoin.morehas.com - zero problems since launch.

Pools pools pools.

what say someone start a p2pool for foxcoin, then the wallet can apply those details for pool/herd dig by default?

since the only thing that would differ from user to user is the payout address, whch the wallet already knows, this is very doable, no?

It would be a great way to ensure nearly everyone with a wallet is part of the mining, since we won't have many whales with megarigs mining this.

That's alot of pool spam from morehash, and it's technically incorrect.

We found 932 of the first 1400, and currently 1159 of the 2000 blocks available right now.

I'm all for competition, but diluting the thread with spam does not gain anything for the coin Smiley.

Actually, technically it's not incorrect. I said "we are finding the most blocks". I didn't indicate a timespan. One would assume it means "we are finding the most blocks at this moment" meaning to the user "hey, I will get more coins (or coins faster) if I mine here!". Thank you, that is all Smiley
