Part of the ticket creating process is to give information such as user ID. My user ID is my email which I added to the ticket and now I am receiving emails from other clients (with the same problem as me). And at this point, I have not received bitcoins to my wallet address. Please advise.

Having the issue with disappearing money. Tx shows as confirmed on Poloniex but never made it to my wallet and is not in the blockchain. Ticket has been open for 28 hours now. Starting to worry. Was only .1 bitcoins but still.

We know you are missing 80 BTC - so it's understandable if there is perhaps a delay with our bitcoin withdraws.

BUT - its a shame that after 30 hours there is still no replay to my ticket, nor is there any info when the withdraws are resent.

PLEASE UPDATE the community, this will get your exchange burned if there is no communication !!

I think this is no scam, else obv i wouldn't get my withdraws after the stuck one (which i get!!), but if there is no reaction from admin, we have to see this as SCAM and leave poloniex!

So if I have BTC in poloniex that has been deposited lets say on the 17th, and try to withdraw, it will get stuck?

Should I buy other coins with my BTC and withdraw those instead?

It's been sent to so many addresses every 30 minutes or so starting immediately after I deposited so I got lost where it is.

I don't think they would necessarily keep the coins you deposit in the same address. That would mean that when you trade multiple times they would actually have to move the coins back and forth from address to address and pay tx fees and have to wait confirmations etc whereas in reality when you trade the balances are reflected immediately.

i never traded in the currupt markets where the bitcoins got stolen, that is an fact!

but my 3 BTC are gone now, like it seems ! - the withdraw never made it and i got a wrong txid for it in poloniex, it looks like the admin is quite aware of it, but didn't fix it

ignoring us and adding new coins - that is not the right way!!!
