Can you please give me a time range to contact you.. it has now been 2 weeks with my miner offline just sitting there being a expensive paperweight.. i have lost all hopes of ROI for this unit because of the communication failures... but still wish for it to work at some point in time..

In order to establish customer confidence to get more sales more quickly, you should send one unit to an impartial third party, like me, who will test it and write a review on it for all to see.
we have sent back in the days units for review, we dont need to do that no more, but thank you for your offer I did this for lightningasic when they first started selling the gridseed 5 chip miners http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkrFASloaOU |

Please if your never going to be online, at least create a guide on how to re-image the SD cards specific for your units.
And include proper working download links and what software you used..
For sales totaling more than a million $ USD and $25,000 of that being me.. This can be the least of what you can do if you are never online.
