Making NEX free will only piss off the people who come late (just like you are pissed off because you were late to NXT).

Be nice to ugly people. Base it on weight. The fatter you are, the more coins you get. Can be very well thought out. Could be gamed with people eating lots of donuts and pizza now, so make weight measurement from yesterday.

Free distribution can't work, and it's not even making a 'statement'. You just sound angry.
