I'd pump this coin to the moon, mars and beyond if I hand the funds for it.

Soon enough..

I don't understand those ever lasting sell walls at CryptoRush.

I see two possible reasons:
1. Stupid (sorry) investors want to sell, but don't want so sell lower than profitable in relation to their invested BTC.
2. Someone who want's to keep Reddcoin at a low price in order to keep their own primary coin relatively stronger.

...
What do you think?

3. someone trying to pump reddcoin massively. The first step is to maintain the price low in order to build a large market share.

just saying

Oh, i didn't think about that. But they are very patient then.

I don't think there is some invisible entity out there putting up a wall... the coin is worth what people think it is worth, and how much they are willing to pay or receive for it.... that's the market at work. Reddcoin is just another shitcoin at the moment that has potential to bloom once the intended purpose of the coin is implemented. Right now, the "potential" is only worth 8-10 sats. Majority of the people dont waste their time lurking around reddit or bitcointalk, reading and researching on every coin. People usually tend to buy what they hear about in their interactions or word of mouth.

Its the same for miners.... someone with a 2 MH/s rig can mine about 150,000 REDD a day. That on an exchange for 8 sats will get you .012 BTC. If he rents his rig out, at current market rates he would make a little (.005 BTC) more, which kind of adds up the REDD market value. Sorry, but can't see a conspiracy here  Cool Hoping the value goes up is unreasonable to expect with out difficulty rising, rewards halving or PR buzz...

The klondike com. thinks it's important to be at the btc-convention in New York What do we think? Should Reddcoin coin be there as well?
Should we donate coins for this purpose.?

Guys it looks like multipools are really starting to rape this coin. Network hash rate goes from 1Gh/s to 2.45Gh/s in no time. This sucks especially when they dump so many coins on the open market!

I thought getting on to Craptsy would help with prices but it seems to be doing the opposite...

Yeah i'm not worried Din. I am holding on to all my Redd's, i just dont want to see the market over saturated with redd's.

Its kind of like DogeCoin pre block 145,000. Absolutely raped and pillaged by the multi's.

My mac wallet, 1.1.3.0, has been stuck synchronizing with network, at block 45188, last block 8 days ago. I have tried redownloading the wallet and it was no help. Anyone have any ideas?

Delete the blockchain (but make sure you back up wallet.dat first) then try starting the Reddcoin client again.

indeed that should help.  Just make sure your wallet.dat is really save.
If you delete it - you have a big problem =)

How to delete it on a mac wallet?

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Data_directory#Mac
Just replace Bitcoin with Reddcoin, then once you've found the map delete all the files except wallet.dat (first back up it so you know nothing will happen to it).

If you are using OS X 10.8 or 10.9 and don't know how to find your library folder, check out this: http://www.macworld.com/article/2057221/how-to-view-the-library-folder-in-mavericks.html

Thank You! This fixed me up!!! Smiley

Anyone has used the Android wallet? I've made a transfer to it from my Windows wallet to my Android wallet, it is marked as confirmed with over 422 confirmations but I've never received it on my Android wallet.

On the Android wallet, it is connected to 2 peers and marked with Enable AutoSync. Was the first time I was making a transaction to the Android wallet. I've double checked that the Android wallet address was correct too. Never had problems with other Android wallets of other coins.

Am I missing something? Must a config file be created for it ala Windows wallet as well?

Any tips would be appreciated

That might explain it. Went into Network Monitor/Blocks and my last one is from 5 days ago. Will let it run for a while.

Cheers.
