Selling MTC, have lots to sell. Rate is 1 MTC / 0.001 BTC. Will not sell lower, it is on an exchange in 9 days, and will likely sell for more than this.

exchange is necessary

Yeah, that might take some time. As of right now, we don't have enough information on the coin and it's still fairly new. It worries me that the dev hasn't posted any details and hasn't made a post since pretty much launch.

Anybody can confirm this or he is just trolling with his 1 post count?

No I cant, but it is interesting.
Let us wait a little.

Consider the option that someone might be seeding information within this forum. I haven't found out much else searching for Metiscoin other than in here, in cryptocointalk, on metiscoin.com and ypool.net.

If you want to exchange your BTC for MTC feel free to do so. I remain a bit sceptical. Let's wait and see.

BTW: does anyone have experience with solo mining other than with the built-in wallet miner?

With ypool's xptminer I get around 700 kHashes/s on my virtual 8 core machine,
with the built-in miner it's around 300 kHashes/s on the same hardware.

Does anyone know why there is such a difference and how ypool's xptminer can be set to solomine?

Can someone please explain to me where I can get a current list of nodes? I have tried all provided on the first post, none have been successful.
