I registered at betcoincasino and played and won quite a lot but somehow there was some server error and now i can't access the site. One time i was able to refresh the page and entered the login details but it said that the user does not exist or something like that.
My username is BTCManki there if that helps. Actually sent a PM to betcoincasino rep (i guess?) here and hope to get some feedback.
If you guys have server issues then it would be nice to hear about it if and when it gets sorted out.

You advertise instant withdraws but they are not. I deposit a small amount to make a small wager to help me fall asleep and enjoy a cricket game, literally a couple dollars and 2 things wrong with this stupid site (I can't remember when I actually had a good experience here)...

1) I click on the game I want to bet and press confirm to my wager. It says the bet isn't available anymore. So why is it showing on your screen then as an available bet if it isn't? You convince me to deposit on a cricket game that hasn't started yet with a screen that shows better odds (it was yet to begin in 20 minutes) but YET you don't let me actually place the wager and yet display the odds STILL?! The match had not began and was not set to begin for another 20 minutes.

2) So thus, trying to get better odds I gave you guys the chance but you blew it so I tried sending my money back to NitrogenSports to place the cricket bet, a site that offers INSTANT deposit and INSTANT withdraw unlike your site I found out negatively. My deposit didn't have any confirms but it had 2 within the next 10 minutes. I still don't have my withdraw after 20 minutes and oh look the game I wanted to put $20 on? Yeah thats not happening cause your site sucks and lured me into depositing yet I couldn't wager on a game that hadnt even started but had odds displayed.

Just in case i'll add something here too related to yesterdays server error. My overall balance if i remember correctly obviously, was around 2000 when i started to play Mr. Vegas slots. In MrVegas it showed my credits as it was divided by 2 so around 1000. At a point when my credits showed around 1600 i decided to close the game but then the server error occurred and i was not able to log in or access the website. When i was able to log in again i saw my balance at around 2000 as it was before the entering Mr. Vegas slots where i won some extra IMO bc if it showed my balance as divided by two then 1600 should show in my balance as 3200 not the initial balance that i had when entering the Mr. Vegas slots. So basically what i'm trying to say is that because of this server error i think my balance didn't update AT ALL and stayed at a point before placing bets at Mr Vegas.
Long story short- i hope to solve this and although it's all by my memory and in some sick twisted way i could be wrong, i'm still 98% sure that the balance did not update correctly. Still waiting for an answer regarding this and i appreciate any help or clarification.
