We could certainly afford to make it much higher than 1 btc and we are contemplating this in the coming weeks.  It was a maximum of 250 just 2 months ago 500 about a month ago, therefore we are constantly assessing this and monitoring it to provide the best experience for our great players.

There was a glitch about 6 months ago where certain types of bets occasionally didn't debit a players account on a loss, but always credited a win.  (I only got the details second hand afterwards)

I think they got hit pretty, current limits is likely their reaction.

In the 'biggest wins' tab I see wins over 2 BTC, so I guess it used to be higher than it is now.

ranlo we don't take investments at this time.  It has been discussed, but nothing has been planned regarding this.  We will keep you posted!

Theoretical rake is the rake the system states that you generate based on your play during that time frame based on the current rake amounts on that table.  It's theoretical because it does not take into account if there was a promotion giving you 100% rakeback or happy hour of some sort.

Win loss is the amount you have won or loss during that session.  The number is positive in your situation meaning you won this amount.  

Your ticket should be responded to no later than Monday but hopefully by tomorrow in full.  We had to go back through all of your play as we always do in order to be as thorough as possible.

If I'm understanding this right, the issue would of been avoided by simply including in the terms of the promotion:

- Players will not receive status points on rake which is paid while eligible for 100% rakeback.

Since it wasn't included in the terms, I think you are obligated to reward status points to all players retroactively and until it is added to the terms.  Technically, that's what you said you would do.

Very similiar to the "No RakeBack on Tournaments entered via Satty" situation.

 We had to go back through all of your play as we always do in order to be as thorough as possible.

So according to this:



the theoretical rake was 5.56 and my profit was 3.51, but according to my events list I only received 3.51 rakeback. That's 100% of my profit, not 100% of my rake. And where's the extra 10% that I should be getting for my "Bronze III" VIP level?

I had no other play on that day, or since. I have been avoiding poker until this is resolved, to keep the situation simple. I only played one session on the day in question, and have played no sessions since. The issue is that there were no status points awarded at the end of that day, as shown here:
