Fixed it, re-run freebitco.exe and after update start helper.exe directly.
This will fix your problem, and you will still get updates

but i think there is a problem, some addresses take to long for new proxy if last proxy not working,
it takes 1 rolling time to refresh, so i remove proxy manually to fix that,
please check it

new update all addresses status is "Last Status: Waiting proxy - invalidated previous one - already used"
i wait 10 minutes but nothing happen,
try to fix with remove proxy manually, still nothing happen yet

There's an 1 hour limitation on freebitco. I can't do anything about it
