He/She was announcing a faucet/ponzi site called btc-flow with a goo.gl shortened link to camouflage the original link. They were 3 word messages as spam.
I'm publishing this here to let you know that there're users that are cheating the campaign and other ones that publish interesting posts that may want to enter the campaign and it's actually full
