I'm sorry about that. I'll see what I can do about it. So, if my assumptions are correct, you got the ANX PLUS card because it was cheaper, and you didn't know it was UnionPay? I got that free card offer you were running recently, yeah, I didn't know it's UnionPay. I'd pay for card that can withdraw from ATM here, that's not problem. So, can you confirm if I order premium card it will be Mastercard? |

Weird did not work for you at atm worked just fine for me and i went to a small bank that only has like 4 offices in like 3 cities lol. In any case hope you can finally go to the dr and take care of your stuff that was pending

I actually went to liquor store today to buy me some beer and was denied the card as it does not have my name on it so they could not match it to my id for age verification  That's very good it doesn't have name on it, no problem with taxes  |

We are the part of the support department. byt411 and I have both linked you directly to where these "hidden" facts are stated in the FAQ. Again, quoted: I tried to load the card with 0.1BTC, didn't work, told be that it was less than minimum amount. But nowhere did I read how much it the minimum amount.
Also, before signing up to the page there is no way to know the price for the cards.
As well, the information about how long topup take should be more clear.
A few suggestions.
I'm till waiting for my card to top-up, which is quite annoying, as if I would have used an other exchange I would have had the money in my hand already.
Regarding the minimum deposit amount, it is stated in our debit card support section: http://support.anxintl.com/customer/portal/articles/1681903-is-there-a-minimum-recharge-amount-The price of the cards can be found in the FAQ as well: http://support.anxintl.com/customer/portal/articles/1681919-how-much-does-the-card-cost- but with the new "free debit card" promotion you could get a debit card for free.  Regarding how long a recharge takes, that can be found here: http://support.anxintl.com/customer/portal/articles/1681902-how-long-does-a-recharge-take- It tends to take around one business day. If it's completely useless to call, then you must understand that it's pretty bad business practice to sell the cards with telephone support as one of your selling points? Don't you think people would like to know that there money will be stuck for days before they press the bottom? Multiple departments, I'm laughing my as off. |
