I'm happy for you. Didn't get mine yet. keep in mind i am actually 14 hours behind hong kongs time zone. So when i did my transaction would actially have been 1-12-2015 1AM and when i finally for the funds it was 12:30am 1-13-2015 my time, This would have 1-14-2015 2:30pm time in hong kong |

hello Byt411 ok so i took your recomendation and i sent a top off amount over $100 dirrect to the top off address to see if would be faster. This is the email i got with the method you recomemned.   0.42584608 BTC was received and converted to 113.00 USD. This amount will be credited to your card named: ANX Premium USD 1. The loading will be processed on the same day or 1 working day depending on the timezone of the customer to complete. There may be some limited instances when loading may take 2 working days but we try our hardest to ensure such occurances are limited. All card load completions are confirmed by email. We have observed a pending recharge on to your ANX Premium debit card. Please can you kindly confirm receipt of your card delivery so we can promptly process this for you.
Once the card is in your possession, please reply to this email and we will submit the card load immediately.

I got the money after about 50 hours of wait. Had to go to three different ATMs, didn't work on the first two, I don't know why.

With no reference to your account and your transaction there's nothing I can do. The Telephone Support is of the card issuer's, and it wouldn't have helped you at all.

Weird did not work for you at atm worked just fine for me and i went to a small bank that only has like 4 offices in like 3 cities lol. In any case hope you can finally go to the dr and take care of your stuff that was pending

I actually went to liquor store today to buy me some beer and was denied the card as it does not have my name on it so they could not match it to my id for age verification |
