The block explorer does not make any sense at all. Total incoming transactions is correct (with my addresses), but outgoing transactions and remaining amount is not.

Look at my address in my sig on the block explorer. It shows I have next to nothing, and seems to suggest I've given out as much as I've received. I've given out a fair bit, but it certainly does not exceed my incomings. I currently have 7000.536825.

If you want me to PM you my transaction history as a CSV file let you know. Maybe you can work it out from that.

Do not fret, it is being shared.  

I want to manage my stake properly, though. I don't want to have run out of funds to give away in a few weeks, so until more donations come in what I made remaining is being put set aside for later. If nothing is forthcoming over the weekend however, I may sequester another 500 of my coins and start giving those away in small amounts.

While the last "balance" is the accurate number of premine available to this address, it is likely not the balance available to this person. Every time a transaction is sent, some premine are usually sent back to yourself at a new address (not included in the premine UI), which makes the balance of a single address misleading. See the wiki for more info on transactions.

Not at all. What you've been doing is perfect. You're giving away exactly the right amount vs your holdings, and what you hold, considering there is only 500k total coins in existence, is quite a substantial amount when you think about it.
