I see everyone is concern that there is a lack of miners. Well, there is no tutorial on the first page how to solomine, only written in big red letters that there is zero incentive to "hit the network with mass hashes". wtf
It is premined. You can not mine this coin like other coins. You can only get the transaction fees from mining (so no block rewards). Well, that's my point. How new miners can start mining to get transactions fees, if the first post discourages that and there is no tutorial of how to get started.

We need to: - Create a detailed guide for non-geeks about how to solo mine - Note Nullu's efforts to reward miners. So they will get some fees - Note that the next version of the wallet will force a minimum fee We want people to want to mine. I think we need some basic marketing there.

I think premine coin is ready for the next step and that is to be listed on coinedup I submitted a request for premine to be added on coinedup's reddit page, their reddit page seems to be the place to ask coinedup to add a coin I made the request here : http://www.reddit.com/r/CoinedUp/comments/1weerx/experimental_new_coin_concept_premine_coin_100/Please support this mission to add premine to coinedup. If you dont have a reddit account, please create one, I also did not have a reddit account and had to create one just to do this, and vote up and comment on this request for coinedup. We should press Coinmarket.io; they seem to be growing pretty big and are accepting new coins fairly consistently. +1 coinedup is too slow these days.

Agreed - Outdated info, will clean that up. Also: The wallet download is disabled. I will be uploading an updated wallet shortly.

That might be true, but coinedup is a much more established and trusted exchange, with much more liquidity then any of these new exchanges.

what Premine really needs is really fast difficulty adjustment, but like max 1% upp and 50% down

The guy moved the coins so as to not hold all the faucet money in one wallet, if it ever gets hacked. Pretty smart if you ask me.

Got carried away tonight with some other stuff, but the script is still a top priority. Had to get a few things in order first.
Once miners get consistent rewards things will pick up very nicely, but we need to keep the momentum going. Perhaps someone should consider buying signature space for PMC.
The first post of the thread needs to really sell the concept of premine. So people can understand it. The coin has strong selling points that need to be well understood.

Looks like people are paying transaction fees, more and more mined blocks come with a reward, my highest reward so far was 2.5 PMC , not bad.

I would like us to be on more exchanges too, but we should wait until the mandatory wallet update, as if another exchange listed us now, they'd also have to switch. The new wallet isn't far away. Once it's out we can push hard.

Hmmm I'm just seeing this. The price goes down day by day. And in the past days I complained about 0.0001 BTC. But this isn't a defeat but a reason to go ahead and try to improve this concept-coin to the best
