I'm decreasing the time between reward payouts!

Block Rewarder Status: Live
Block Rewarder Pot: 57 PMC (Maximum: 150)
Time: 5 Seconds (minimum) between Payouts
Block Reward: Minimum 0.01000000, Maximum: ? ? ? (Previous Max reward: 0.43000086)
Block Rewards per block 1x, 2x, 3x
Block Explorer Payout Address: Link
Donation Address: 1CUWaAoF1pPthNqzudZBaM38LgzyeQ4JiV

Block rewards are spitting out around 0.3/0.4 PMC right now, and there can be multiple of these rewards in each mined block, so get mining!

Block rewards could go even higher at this speed between rewards!

Mining is paying very well, there is also the faucet. I'll toss you a few as well.

Thanks for the 15 PMC! I've got a core 2 duo laptop... would it make sense to mine with it?

Someone just donated another 200 PMC to the block rewarder. Thank you! I may have to increase the payouts at this rate.  Cheesy

Block rewarder will now automatically be topped back up to 150 PMC, the current safe threshold.  Grin

I'm taking the block rewarder offline for a couple of minutes while I make a couple of changes.

Edit: Back up and running now. I had to change the safe storage address to a dedicated account so I can keep track of them, and also increase the tx fee buffer for coin movement, as sending large donations to the block rewarder could sometimes crash the script if the network tx fees are high.

Thank you to the person who donated 133.70 PMC. The block rewarder has probably received enough donations to run at this speed for several weeks. You are really helping to secure Premine's future.

That's very odd. I run my block rewarder regularly and haven't noticed any freezing, but I'm not constantly mining so it's possible. Could be dust? Lots of small amounts in the wallet can cause the wallet to hog CPU. Check your CPU usage on the wallet next time it happens.

Or try sending all your coins back to yourself to one wallet account to consolidate your PMC.

Mine does not freeze, but does lag during a transaction from time to time. Other wallets seem to do the same. But never a full freeze.

also: If you have a wallet.dat file with a very large transaction history, sometimes that can cause problems. a couple of startup commands that can help are premine-qt -rescan (or) premine-qt -reindex. (warning, the last one may take awhile) if all else fails, backup your wallet.dat, and send the coins to a freshly generated wallet.dat file. This assumes that the wallet.dat file is the source of your problem, which may not even be the case.

PMC has been pretty quiet on Reddit. Let's change that! I can't wait to start tipping people in /r/dogecoin preminecoin and dogecoin at the same time. That should draw some attention  Grin

Yes, I really should comment with my reddit account more often.

Block rewards are almost reaching 1 PMC each. Great mining rewards right now. If this were a coin with a total coin cap of 21,000,000 like Bitcoin, then that would be a 42 coin block reward. That's a fantastic reward!

Our reddit page is definitely under-used. I rarely use reddit, so it's not a surprise. I did promise I'd look into a tip-bot for reddit though.

Perhaps we can convince http://www.reddit.com/user/mohland to help build our tipbot... with proper bounty reward in PMC of course

There are only enough dev coins left to make it through the weekend. After this all 498999.99996251 coins will be in the hands of the people. I would not mind helping with a fund raiser though.
