It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Instead of using fiat currency, many people use Bitcoin more because it's secure, secure, never lost or stolen. Besides, it allows you to anonymously and not pay taxes. On the other hand, we can trade globally as well as invest. Finally, its potential is infinite so people will increasingly need it more

In my opinion, it would be best if you make sure that you are first fluent with your mother tongue as it is the most common language that you use and encounter in a daily basis. Then, learn to be fluent in english so you can also understand and express yourself in english as it is spoken worldwide.

The great thing about learning Spanish, French or Italian is that once you have mastered one, the two others come far easier. Additionally, knowing English will make it easier as well. On the flip side, economically speaking learning Mandarin would be most helpful. Or perhaps, Hindi. I feel as though you would be really able to break into a developing market with Hindi.

I think after English, you should learn a language of Europe, be it German, Dutch, Polish, etc.

I am not like many people, choosing Chinese.
Chinese is one of the most popular languagues. Its popular because the country itself has so many people. So it makes it a lot of people using the language. Its not because it is a great language so many people use it.
I would suggest something else that is great for business purpose or use in many countries. Like Fresh, Spanish are used in many different countries in different continents. That would be something i consider.

Yes it's up to you to learn what language? Because the decision is in your own hands, If you want advice, yes of course you have to learn English, because English is important and has become an international language.

for people older than 18, it's better to learn a comparatively simple language, and other language, just use google translation.

I agree that English is the universal language and we all should be using it and making sure that we are good at it or at least be comfortable in expressing ourselves and our thoughts through it, But I Also believe that learning another language would be great as a businessman and as a person, I would prefer to study and learn Japanese, I would love to speak and communicate through their own language, especially that they are very open to Bitcoin, I know it will be beneficial in the future.

Being fluent in English is no longer a privilige, but rather a necessity. My personal experience was learning a language that is not so common (Norwegian). It has some pros and cons. I think Chinese has a great potential if you dont mind the challange.

I agree with you, English is a language not a measure of intelligence in which the other people insist. Although i don't like this language but it is necessary for us to learn this as it was make everyone in the world to successfully communicating so that they have a common understanding. I would like to learn Japanese language because i adore their culture and discipline.

I suggest to learn Chinese. Despite the fact that China has a tense relationship with the crypto currency. But this is a very promising country, in which there is much room for growth.

In my opinion, Japanese is a must in the Asian language family, especially in the encrypted world where Japan has a huge voice. Besides, the German language in the European language family may be a good choice.

I know some of you would wonder what this topic is doing here, in the Economics section, but since it is in fact an economic question with purely utilitarian goals in mind, I think it is where it should be. This is a serious question and I'm not kidding. I'm not very interested in European languages like German or French, or whatever, as I think languages like Chinese and Japanese are more promising and rewarding in terms of both usage and money in the nearest future. Personally, I'm more inclined toward Japanese (that's why I'm not decided yet), though I understand that Chinese may be a better choice for the time being and years to come

So what is your opinion on this matter from an economic point of view, with crypto in mind?

China right now is biggest economy in the world after America and I am believe china will be Number 1 in the future. Learning chinese language will make us more adapting in the future when china economy bigger than america.

Chinese would be my first language of choice as it is (one of the) biggist economies in the world and still growing.
I think my second language of choice would be spanish as it is one of the most spoken languages in the world.

China has an important role, in the world economic sector. This will be an advantage for us if we want to learn the language of the country, because almost all sectors in life will directly intersect with the economic sector. And there's no doubt that some jobs also require human resources who have the ability to speak excellent Chinese. Usually, they ask for the value of HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) the Chinese language test.
I think even though the Chinese government ever banned the use of cryptocurrencies especially Bitcoin, but still the enthusiasm of its citizens against this cryptocurrency can still be relied on.

Based on current population expansion, Chinese for sure.

But it also depends on where you live & other variables. Points may add up for another language on that basis alone.

It's true that Chinese and Japanese at the two most useful and valuable languages right now. But I think learning Chinese will give you much more profit and the near feature. also I have noticed that Chinese and Japanese TV shows are spreading around all over the world where other languages are not much active like Japanese shows. For example, nowadays a lot of kids all around the world watch cartoons and most of those are from Japan and China.
