In my opinion, that choice is definitely risky, all types of investments are not 100% safe, even your choice of altcoins in the top 10 also can not avoid the risk and loss. Because no one can assert that it will grow well forever. However, if you like an dangerous, it's also a not bad option, there are many altcoin outside the top 100 but still have large trading volume and are interested by many traders. It's best to learn about the potential of each type of altcoin before investing in it

It is always a risk. You never a hundred percent sure when any coin will grow or go down. It is more higher chance of losing when investing into starting projects.
So be careful,choosing new coins. Look at the support it gets and main goal of the coin.

There are  a lot of great altcoins that are not in the top 100 coins but are with great potential.Since risk is relative in cryptic in general, I think it is OK to buy from them

Investing in crypto-currencies, there is always a chance to lose money. It all depends on the choice of the coin and how you will successfully sell it. Undoubtedly, coins that are in the top 100 have a large volume of trades, and therefore investing in them is less risky.

if we buy coins within the 100, sometimes we have to wait for long time to get the profit(less risky but time consuming). but if we buy a coin out of the range of 100 we might be able to get a higher profit. but this coin should buy after studying properly on the coin.

Even buying the top 100 coins is risky as well. Now this is the magic how coins attain first 100 its not necessarily because the project is good its solely dependent on the projects market cap. So good projects are still below the first 100 and u can find such gems.

I mostly try to avoid buying any coins that is not in the top 50. If the project is fairly new than I guess you can give it a try, as obviously new projects can't enter into top 50 or 100 so suddenly. But if you see any red flags in the coins outside the top hundred than don't invest in them, in fact if you see any red flags in any coin in the current market scenario than don't invest in it.

No in 100 crypto currencies have risk and after 100 coins have good coins so its depended by your know about coin which one you select for investment so if you select good coins then you will get good profits

Not at all, but i am always trying to buy the tokens that are on the top 100 - 50 because they are the most trustable ones and you wont have to buy an exit-scam coin that is around there..

actually even if you buy top altcoin also still have risks, it all depends on whether prospects of a future altcoin, keep an eye on what you have now and be patient for get more profit

Buying currency is not the top 100 there is a chance to lose money big. But there is a chance to earn if you find a promising coin.
