There are some very promising coin out of the top 100 currencies, which are definitely worth to take a look at. More dangerous of course, but Bitcoin will not be the currency, which can bring a 100X profit anymore...

Yes, its, too risky to buy not much popular coin now because the market encountered dump ,it has a chances to fall down immediately so I advice you to buy a coin that more demand in individuals.

Certainly not but if you opt out of top100 crypto currencies your chances of loss is lesser but its not like that there are many other good potential coins that are not in top 100 even their dev are doing good or we can buy some good potential new altcoins projects as well. But most important thing always due diligence before buying any crypto currency whether coin is established or in ICO stage.

It depends. Yes it's risky but you can earn a lot of money because altcoins that cost less than 1 dollar can cost too much

If you make good research,  chances are similar. You can lose your money by investing in almost any coin from top100 except bitcoin.

you are right what are good on it in is the good research that you can also have to apply on while you are here a better knowledge and on what is this project may ever be a helpful thing we should be more aware on everything.

the risks in the crypto are sure to be there, but I think the risk of buying coins that do not fit in top 100 will be greater because the ratings are determined by how much interest and volume of the coin are. If it gets bigger then the better.

Market capitalization is not related to whether a coin may raise its price or collapse. There are coins after the top 100 and still very promising. Such are, for example Dragonchain, Vertcoin and many others. That is at least my opinion.

you're right, but even coinmarketcap top 100 cryptocurrencies also need to do research before start investment because not guarantee top 100 is legal, do you know bitconnect, it's stay at top 20 coins in past week month, after that it's become scam coins, so I think coinmarketcap ranking list from 101 - 300 still have a lot of potential coins, but you need time to do your homework, remember just invest that you afford to lose

Investing in the coins that are below top 100 is indeed risky as this means that the project they support is unpopular or even suspended.
Moreover, these tokens can eventually be delisted from exchange due to inactivity of trading, and you will simply lose your money.

each of us understands that if the coin is not included in the top -100, then this is very risky because they are not as good as other coins.

Well even if you invest in the top 100 cryptocurrency or Altcoins it is still risky because you don't have the assurance that your money will double or you will have profit but if you pick one of the top 100 make sure you use that in long term investment because those are for long terms but if you invest in not in the top 100 it is good though but it like has no certification or verification that it will moon so better stay in the top 100 coins.

If the currency has not a large volume of trading then the investment in this currency is quite risky. I try to invest in altcoins from the TOP 50 and also ETH, Bitcoin.

There's certainly more risk, but hey theres a decent amount of risk involved in buying top 100 crypto also! Market cap is one of the things to consider, but shouldn't be the pure deciding factor on whether to invest in a crypto or not. If you've done your research & like what you see from a project outside the top 100 & you'd like to invest, then why not?

Everything is risky! The logic is for you to minimize your risk and maximize your profit! The basic thing is to first identify what constitute good cryptocurrency and use that as a basis for your cryptocurrency decisions and investment! Once you are successful with this, you will be making profit like a champ!

There is no doubt it carries more risk to hold tokens that are below the top 50 talkless of top 100. The only positive about this now is that below top 100 is were the value is, there are many projects in this bracket that are undervalued and if one can spot them early the reward might be far greater than the risk.

Of course, it is more risky strategy. But it can get you more money in future. Moreover, not all top-100 projects so safe for investors as not top 100 coin.
