No. It is not too risky. At times, some of those coins outside the top 100 can even bring you more profit than the top ones. They are sometimes easier to purchase large quantity with just a small amount since their prices most tines may not even be up to a cent.
And mostly you should be gathering information regarding with the alts you want to in.

I don't think so it is an risky..... Not only Top 100 volume cryptocurrency have good project idea.... I have know some legit project with 1000+ rank... And I know they potential to get up Top 10 rank.....

Not most of the top 100 pennies will make you profit, maybe only pennies that little ones will grow very well, so I think you should hold any penny if you see ok.

Many altcoins is very profitable without list top 100. Like as NCASH, Dent, Bitbox token, Civic, Gifto etc. It's very portable coin for long and short term investment and some new icos very profitable for earn more money. So I'm believe cryptocurrency.

It is risky to invest in any currency whether top 100 or not. But of course it is more practical to invest in the top currencies because they are more stable and trusted. The risk factor is lesser this way. |

Its not a definite thing. But for some extend i think its more likely to be true. top 100 crypto currencies are more stable and well reputed. but we can never say with surety

Now is very high risk to lose all the money, if you buy cryptocurrency. The market is still falling and bitcoin is likely to become cheaper. Therefore, it is better to wait and not invest right now. |

In the personal perception all crypto related thing is associated with risk not just being you choose in the top 100 Altcoins insulate you from any risk but the truth is not before we venture into something we must be sure that we are ready and knowledgable in the field we enter to prevent mishandling and disappointments in the future. |

The risk here is the general risk in cryptocurrency. It is not specific to the lower currencies alone. Sometimes, even the lower currencies may even give you more profit than the top 100. |

yes, But isn't the market in general about risk? Life itself is risky. If you see a good coin and you think the project is really good, don't stop your self from investing in it because the coin isn't listed in the top 100. Make sure you have studied the coin and it's not scam, buy as much as you can, and wait for future.

Because of the most of reasons, there is a list of top 100 coins in cryptocurrency market. So, actually you have to get more risk to invest a coin other than top 100.

You are right. There is nothing wrong when someone wants to invest in coins that are ranked lower, and investing in any coin is at risk. However, investing in high-ranking coins on the market will certainly be much safer than investing in low-ranking coins. |

Even if you invest in the Top 10 cryptos, you would also have the same chance of losing your money. Actually, the best way to invest is to put on investment which does not belong to the elite coins. Since they both provide the best way of getting it at a lower price and sell at a higher price. It depends on that ICO or altcoins, because if that is a good and successful ICO and not on the top 100 crypto, i will invest also in that token because my mindset is that token is not on the top 100 but the ICO is so successful so, there is a chance that it will go up to top 100 and get a big value. Just pick a good ICO, and be wise on investing. |

Now is very high risk to lose all the money, if you buy cryptocurrency. The market is still falling and bitcoin is likely to become cheaper. Therefore, it is better to wait and not invest right now. Yes, I agree with you that we'd better to wait at this time but he did not mention about buying right now I think buying the coins that not in top 100 will be more risky. However, it can give us bigger profit. So we should balance between profit and risk, the higher the risk, the bigger the profit. |
