I think in any case Ethereum will again take its deserved second place, but most likely it will happen after January 19, when it will fork Ethereum

Now it is more than 10 days when ETH fall under $100 and it becoming psychological barrier in current situation some people were expecting it break this barrier soon. When it will happen it will take back it's position from XRP so it is time to accumulate.

I think price will starts go up before this date (before hardfork) as this useally happening. And probabl countinue to grow after this updates and Bakkt launch after December 25th

If people will buy Ethereum for investing in new projects (STO), than price will be grow definitely.  And  nowdays some projects have more TPS than Ethereum already. Too many people that don't even follow dev calls, standups, or even notes all still think/expect Vitalik is doing it all or will be.
Muggles need to realize how many different teams are now working on several implementations of various portions of code to aid in scalability. And they've been doing so the entire year, some of them much longer.

Yes, many people are panic about the current situation of the market makes them lose hopes on the price of ETH but we need to understand market situation cannot be same every time, we have to move according to the market cap. With the new tools the price of ETH will surely increase in the coming days.

I think that we will not see such a demand for Ether as in 2017 for a long time. Because the credibility of the ICO is undermined, people will not be wasted money. There were too many fraudulent projects.

And what you want to say? That this is not possible to increase TPS? Why than other projects have testnet and even mainnet with more TPS than Ethereum now? And they have less money for development.
Vitalik was announced hardfork for November this year, but than announced another date (14-15 January next year. And thi is just only one month left, so Constantinople almost ready I think

I wouldn't support this suggestion. BCH is dead and definition of shitcoin. Eth is approaching the 100$ threshold from which considerable spike may occur.
