I am not expert but Ethereum classic will not replace Ethereum but will keep doing as asset on Ethereum protocol this is what I have my thought and stand on the current situation.
Of course, ETHC will replace ETHF. It's inevitable. ETHC is exactly the same tool but at much cheaper price. If you need fuel for your car and you can buy the same fuel at much cheaper price, what will you do? It's obvious. People that prefer ETHF to ETHC aren't interested in ethereum as fuel for smart contracts. They are pump and dump speculators or bagholders.

ETC ETH flippening has begun guys. RIP ETH holders. History is written by the victor. Barry Silbert is going to eat your money. Hmmmm omg your right....microsoft are leaving ETH and joining etc lols.....o wait ...i just heard santander are doing the same......omg...alphabay are using etc too...wth...no way, VB is lead dev of etc now, barry offered him a 10year exclusive contract to work for etc! ive got the links here somewhere ill send you them.... They already left last month to enteth. they went where?? whats enteth...is that like ethf? lols It's like eth but doesn't use your $50 tokens where is it? and whats enteth even mean? are you holding enteth lols like becoin holds ethf There's more info here http://www.nasdaq.com/article/startups-banks-and-tech-giants-launch-enterprise-ethereum-alliance-cm754277No I don't hold ethf or enteth Ethereum is a public and permissionless blockchain, which means that anyone can use it for whatever they see fit. While this is useful - even needed - for certain types of applications, it is not always suited for others. In particular, financial institutions and enterprise-level organizations tend to fork Ethereum's codebase, launching their own pilot projects rather than using the Ethereum blockchain itself. ahh thanks for that, really gd article "But there's a difference between the permissionless next-generation of the internet, and permissioned private networks. Our position is that these enterprises shouldn't be playing at the protocol level. They should be building applications on top. And all of this needs to be standardized." * As a unique option, EntEth 1.0 can also be plugged into the main Ethereum network. This lets users of enterprise versions of Ethereum utilize Ethereum's consensus model: proof of work currently, perhaps proof of stake in the future. As such, the EEA believes it can complement and improve the existing Ethereum project to collectively develop industry standards and facilitate open-source collaboration with its member base. so what i gathered is, the EEA is using the beta ETH and modifying to their own needs ( this may or not work ) this can then be plugged in to ETH when desired. Sounds fine to me also enteth isnt a coin ,entEth 1.0 is a standard, not a product.
Can't stress this enough. Such standards need to be developed to reach the full utility and adoption possible. This brings tremendous value for the public Ethereum chain.

People that prefer ETHF to ETHC aren't interested in ethereum as fuel for smart contracts. They are pump and dump speculators or bagholders. Whoa! Surely you don't truly believe this? I mean, you see the gaping holes in your argument, right? Let me break it down a bit: - ETC isn't "exactly the same tool", irregardless of price. E.g. PoS implementation for Eth (more secure & scalable), monetary policy, etc.
- Cars come in many models and features. Consider the # of projects being built on the Ethereum chain vs ETC chain. Consider the companies and banks utilizing the Ethereum protocol (Eth, not Etc). The car metaphor simply doesn't hold.
ETC would be a Tonka truck compared to the Lambo that is (will be) Ethereum. People won't build companies and services with/on a toy truck, they'll use a high-performance, high quality, and respected "manufacturer". - This is already apparent in the market today, too. Look at what Coinbase just announced! Their new product isn't being built to run on ETC just because it's cheaper right now, is it?
 - Price of the coin, both Eth and Etc, is not a constant. It fluctuates constantly, meaning Etc could raise in price in the future. Trying to say Etc will replace Eth because it's cheap now is some very backwards logic!

Something cool is happening: Blockchain and Decentralized Apps. We are interested in your opinion about these topics. This is why we are looking for developers to participate in a temporary online community/forum on Slack that lasts 6 days from April 25th to 30th. Participate and earn yourself 200 USD in your favorite cryptocurrency. If you are interested, please answer a few questions at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/blockchaingroup by April 22nd and we will get back to you. Please note, that this is a general blockchain discussion, not only Ethereum related. It's a research project we conduct in order to gain valuable information for our product's rebranding. The flippening is close. ETC keeps crawling up. $10 soon. Bagholders will leave ETH to join the victorious ETC chain. Its not a question if, its a question WHEN. Its time for ETH to be a page in Barry Silberts history book. History is written by the victor, and so YORK.

Ethereum is looking solid and stable like always. There will be many more tokens like Storj moving to Ether chain which shows etc will work under the umbrella of original concept which will keep dominating. Ethereum market is sustaining for successfully holding up which means we can see uptrend soon.
