Ethereum Has Higher Trade Volumes Than Bitcoin As Fortunes Reverse. 24-hour Ethereum (ETH) trading volumes have passed Bitcoin’s according to data from CoinMarketCap on Tuesday. The period to press time at 17:00 BST showed ETH had turned $1.293 bln in volume compared to Bitcoin’s $1.271 bln. Ethereum Has Higher Trade Volumes Than Bitcoin As Fortunes Reverse The move, which may well be unprecedented in the history of ETH, accompanied a livelier price uptick compared to BTC, which increased just 1.65 percent since Monday versus the top altcoin’s 11.3 percent rise. ETH is now back above $200 per token since Thursday last week, when a slip became a plunge in line with Bitcoin to see it bottom out at just $120. More

Gambling with pump and dump coins like ETHf can be profitable. If banks give you free money take it!

Chinese exchange Okcoin has announced it will launch Ethereum (ETH) trading from Wednesday. In a post on its website this morning, the exchange said the decision was the result of “two years [...] constantly reviewing the viability of listing ETH and ETC based on factors including technical maturity, innovation, market liquidity and compliance.” “Hundreds of applications are now built on Ethereum and a growing number of applications are using smart contracts run on the Ethereum Blockchain,” it continued in support of the decision, also highlighting the major business power behind the recently-formed Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. At the same time, Okcoin took the opportunity to call on the wider Bitcoin community to reach a consensus and implement a corresponding solution to the scaling debate. “...We implore BTC Core developers and relevant Miners to work together and resolve any outstanding technical issues, activate SegWit and solve BTC’s scaling issues,” the exchange continued. Dear user,
We are excited to announce the CNY/ETH will be listed on our exchange. Trading will start at 12:00 May 31st (GMT +8). ETH deposit and withdrawal is available from now on.
Ethererum has become the second-largest cryptocurrency in terms of market cap as of May 2017. It is an open-source, public, blockchain-based distributed computing platform featuring smart contract (scripting) functionality. Ethereum was proposed in late 2013 by Vitalik Buterin, a cryptocurrency researcher and programmer. The system went live on 30 July 2015. There are many aspects of Ethererum that could outperform bitcoin, such as scalability, cost, speed. Earlier this year, Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), which is founded by Microsoft, Intel, JP Morgan and 30 others finance and technology companies, is established to apply the Ethererum technology for commercial use.
From now to May 31st, if you trade bitcoin or litecoin, you can get 5mETH for FREE. From May 31st 12:00 to June 3rd 12:00, ETH trading commission fee is 0.01%. From June 3rd 12:00 to June 8th 12:00, ETH trading commission fee is 0.05%.
Enjoy ETH trading on Huobi.com!

Ethereum is on the way to the moon it up to this level so quickly but I think it is just a beginning of new BTC. From my point of view it's still chance and there is still potential to grow to 3x from this price.

With so many people paying attention to Ethereum right now, a lot of novice users need a secure wallet solution. Keeping funds in an exchange is never a good idea by any means. Luckily, there are quite a few Ethereum wallets out there which are well worth considering. Yes, it has been excellent month for the classic Ethereum. For the last 2 months ETHc appreciated 100% against ETHf.

ETHc is the original ethereum. ETHf is the centralized pump and dump coin that has unlimited supply. ETHf is too expensive now to serve its original purpose to be the fuel for smart contracts. ETHc is the way to go for every smart contract platform!
This is only true from the viewpoint of an ETC fanboi. ETH forked to reverse transactions. That should have been its death knell but the market spoke. It said that the fork was fine. AFIC both will survive.

Eth is going to run into the same scaling problems as Bitcoin and we've seen one ICO bring down the network this week. IOTA is the future boys.

This is precisely the problem being solved with next set of hf's to enable PoS and sharding. Only question is when it will finally get out of dev/test!

Hi, Guys, I observe the time duration between mining blocks in Ethereum, they are not equal, sometime they are long and sometimes they are short, it seems they are random in a certain range, so what are the factors to influence the time duration between mining blocks?

China's Interest and Investment in Ethereum's Blockchain Expands. When we first heard Vitalik Buterin was learning Chinese, it was a clue to his ambitions in China. Less than two years later, the platform he co-founded is now a growing force in the Middle Kingdom. Since he joined the ChinaLedger Alliance (May 2016) and announced the expansion of BlockApps, an Ethereum building-blocks platform, in China (September 2016), there has been a movement in cities and among companies in big industries all throughout China. This is in some part due to the efforts of Wanxiang Blockchain Labs, which has made it their mission in China to bring Ethereum to the mainstream, and also in part to the savvy and persistent efforts of Buterin himself. At a recent Ethereum meetup in Hong Kong, Buterin said that “Wanxiang Blockchain Labs are making good inroads into China.” Headquartered in Hangzhou, Wanxiang has led the Ethereum charge in China for more than a year. Having partnered with Ethereum early on for the Global Blockchain Summit following Devcon2 in Shanghai in July of 2016, Wanxiang is now China’s top funder of promising blockchain projects. More

Usually by the end of every month banks need to reconcile their accounts. ETHf is a bank coin. Whatever banks decide - dump or pump!

It may be due to that backlog issue what appeared last night which happened because of Bat ICO which finished in 35 seconds. That deeply disturbed the Ethereum chain and many other ethereum based tokens. I can say it is another opportunity to buy cheap because this will get solved as well.

MoreNice, but China usually prefers to go with homegrown products, so in the end will probably end up using Antshares smart contracts.
