For the first part of your question, the airdrop is to get more potential investors to our community.  And if the hunters decided to sell their token below market price, then I am not sure there is much one can do to stop them, however the main purpose of airdrop will be achieved before anyone can sell the tokens.

We have the best team for this project. We have put together the right people with good track records. We are negotiating already with local authorities, we have experienced energy lawyers. All we are doing now is to raised the fund for the project.
