[ANN] Arcade Gaming Site With AltCoin Rewards (DOGE, FLAP, RON and more)

I'll be beta launching an arcade gaming site, JustAnArcade.com (now in prelaunch) within the next 24 to 48 hours. There will be daily contests giving out altcoins as rewards. At beta launch contest fee and price rewards will be in Applecoin (APC) and Dogecoin (DOGE). For each altcoin, there will be 5 contests. All members can play the contest but the scores of only the members who pay the contest fee will be taken in account. Minimum of 15 paying members are required for each contest or that particular contest will become invalid and the contest fee will be returned to the members. The site is currently hosted in a shared server and will be upgraded to a dedicated server based on the traffic. Users can also purchase ad spaces (weekly / monthly) plans in the site. Following are the plans for the site.

New contests are now added with USDE prize rewards. I see few members are confused on how to take part in the contests. Here is a detailed explanation to play the contests.
Members need cubepoints to join a contest. As of today, members can buy cubepoints with any of the following altcoins (APC / DOGE / USDE / FOX) and 1 cubepoint costs 5 APC / 100 DOGE / 50 USDE / 20 FOX. Members can play any games without cubepoints by just clicking on Play Game but your score will not be added in the contest leaderboard. Only if you click on Join Contest, you will be able to take part in the contest and cubepoints will be deducted from your account based on the contest requirement. You will get an error message if you do not have enough cubepoints to join a contest. To buy cubepoints with the above listed altcoins, go to http://justanarcade.com/forum, click on Post your transaction IDs here link. You can see separate thread for each altcoin. Click on any of the altcoin threads to see the corresponding payment address. You can pay in multiples of 5 APC / 100 DOGE / 50 USDE / 20 FOX. I would suggest you to buy more cubepoints which you can use for future contest instead of paying and waiting for each contest. After making the payment, post your transaction ID in the same thread. After manual verification, you will get your cubepoints within 12 hours, normally much earlier. During weekends alone it might take 24 hours. You will receive a PM when cubepoints are added to your account. To play the contests, go to the home page and you can see all the active contests on the right side. Click on the contest you want to play and read the instructions of the game. Then click on Join Contest. You will see a success message. Now click on Play Game. Again, click on Play Game. Play the game and submit your score. You can play the contest game and submit your score any number of times without paying again since you have already paid for the contest. You will have to pay for the contest alone (only once) and do not have to pay for the game play. In the game page you can view the contest leaderboard to see your progress. After submitting your score, refresh the page after the game loads again to see your score in the leaderboard. Update: Beta launch in 6 hours. You can win Dogecoin (100 DOGE - 50,000 DOGE) and Applecoin (5 APC - 1000 APC). Few changes have been made after the previous announcement. Contest fee starts from 100 DOGE or 5 APC. Members will have to buy cubepoints with DOGE or APC to play the contests. Each cubepoint costs 100 DOGE / 5 APC. You can buy any number of cubepoints for active or future contests in multiples of 100 DOGE / 5 APC. Once a member joins a contest, he/she can play the contest game any number of times till the contest closes. Today's contests will be active for 2 days allowing members enough time to buy cubepoints and there will be newer contests everyday which will be active for 24 hours. Get your DOGE and APC ready.

Update: Site has been beta launched with 3 contests and more contests coming today. Register and start playing the contests. You can see current contests under Active Contests on the right side. To play the contest, you will have to buy cubepoints with either multiples of 100 DOGE or 5 APC. Today's contests will end on 29 January, 2014. After you register, go to http://justanarcade.com/forum to see the DOGE / APC address to send the payment to. Once you have sent your payment, post your transaction IDs in the forum and you will get your cubepoints within 6 to 8 hours. That is the maximum time it would take to receive your cubepoints. It could be lot earlier as well.

Here is a step by step process to join and play the contests.

1. In the home page, under Active Contests, click on any of the contest (Eg. Win 500 USDE)
2. You can see in the description how much it costs to enter the contest (With the above example, the cost is 1 cubepoint which is equal to 50 USDE)
3. In the game description, you will see a link to the forum (JustAnArcade Forum). Click on the link to go to the forum.
4. Click on the link "Post your transaction IDs here"
5. You will see 4 different threads for 4 different altcoin. Say you would like to buy cubepoints with USDE, click on the link, "Post your USDE transaction IDs here".
6. You can see the USDe wallet address (USDE – GV9xDKHSh8mMPAcMwwuq3FeKAyPgFcBd5x) at the end of the post.
7. Send USDe to the above wallet address in multiples of 50 based on how many cubepoints you require. For the above example you need only 1 cubepoint, but I would suggest you to buy more to play in other contests as well.
8. After you have sent USDe to the above address, paste the transaction ID as the reply in the same thread (http://justanarcade.com/forum/topic/post-your-usde-transaction-ids-here/)
9. It will take a maximum of 6 to 8 hours (normally much earlier) to verify and add cubepoints to your account.
10. I'll send you a message after adding the cubepoints.
11. You can always check the number of cubepoints you have by clicking on "Just An Arcade" in the top left corner, click on 'Cubepoints' and then click on 'My points'.
12. After you receive the cubepoints, go to the home page and click on the contest.
13. Click on 'Join Contest'. After you receive the success message, close the pop up and click on 'Play Game'.
14. Click on 'Play Game' again and start playing the game.
15. Once the game is over, don't forget to submit your score. You can play any number of times and only your highest score will be recorded in the leaderboard.
16. You can see the contest leaderboard on the right side of the game page.

My arcade gaming site Just An Arcade has been taken down by the webhost Hostgator due to bandwidth issues. This is the message I received from Hostgator.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we were forced to disable the script "/home4/jayguar/public_html" as it was causing high loading issues on the server. Due to this affecting all of the other accounts on the system, we had to take immediate action for the health of the server.

We noticed that this is a WordPress blog, and recommend a few different steps you can take to prevent this issue from recurring.

First, try to reduce the total number of active plugins on your blog. The following types of plugins are known to cause high resource usage and should be avoided:

- All related posts plugins (WordPress Related Posts, YARPP) can cause significantly high load in most cases.
- WPRobot3 and other auto-posters can also cause high load issues, and should be disabled if they are causing issues
- StatPress and other wordpress statistics software should also be disabled, as these too can consume too much CPU in certain cases. Use Google Analytics instead for statistics as well as Awstats which already comes by default on your account.
- WP Post Views is also a plugin that you'll want to avoid as it causes significant resource usage.
- Any other plugins that are not vital to your Wordpress should be disabled.

I'm working on it right now and the site will be down till Hostgator feels that the site does not affect other customers in the same server.
The best solution would be to move to a dedicated server as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you can donate something to move the site to a dedicated server at the earliest.
You can send your donations or lend some (send me a PM if you would like to lend) to the address in my signature. The altcoins currently used in the gaming site are QQC, USDe, DOGE, APC, CGA, FOX, RON and more coins to come in the future. Once the site is up, the first to do on the list is automated purchase of cube points with listed altcoins.
