sorry about the irc bans ppl.
debian and macos still need to be recompiled.

Updated Debian packages (both amd64/i386), but still needs to setup the apt repo though and add more arches (mainly armhf/powerpc). I also upped the upstream version, I see that it's still 0.8.6.1 in the sources, not 0.8.6.2 that you said before, let'me know if that's wrong so I can fix this.

Leafcoin hasn't exactly had the same start as the other coins it's the greatest start I've seen so far.

Only because rewards get 1/2 in 3 days. It has nothing to do with people actually believing in the coin or not. It's all about the promise of a quick buck. As soon as that day passes the hashrate will go 1/10 in the optimistic scenario. Compare this to Noble where most people mine it because they have faith in it. Heck, as soon as the profitability of this got just 2x of Noble, I jumped right back at Noble.

This man just contacted me asked about applecoin. I want to answer here.
Applecoin is a chinese scrypt-jane coin. 70% of all coin was mined in several days (maybe 1-2 weeks) and know it is traded on btc38 for a very good price (you may check their forum how much did coin cost in november and now).
You shouldn't believe all this coin haters. Everyone of them have motives to water a shit on this coin. I think they want to buy some cheap.

Some donate will be good))))))

The price is still low, it can go up because it easy to grow from this level to get 5 times higher. I'm buying it constantly, sure will not sell until 50 as I did with others crypto that made rapid rise.

under 30 Million now since i sold over 20 already.

but still scam coins like this need to be made to change

fair release needs to become standard like it did on the last wave of shitclones.

low block rewards for initial blocks at low diff are scam pump and dumps.

God you are full of some garbage aren't you.

Lets take a quick look at your beloved USDe shall we...  As you think its "fair" to early adopters.....

Quote
Block Payouts - Ensures fair payout to early adopters & miners.
Blocks 001 - 0500 - Payout = 100 USDE
Blocks 501 - 1000 - Payout = 500 USDE
Blocks 1001 and above Payout = 1000 USDE and Block Bonuses Begin!

And heres where the bullsh*t begins......

The blocks are every 60 seconds.  So blocks 1-500 were gone in less than 9 hours.  the bonus payouts started at block 1001 - which at a block per minute means less than 17 hours.  Depending on the time of launch, people were mining bonus blocks before half the planet even got out of bed the next morning.

There is no mention of a premine, yet there are bounties and donations that total well over a million.  Where did those coins come from?

With the bonus blocks, there are 2,678,400 USDe mined a day.  That will take around 199 days to reach 1/3 of total supply, then rewards half until another 1/3 of supply is mined.  Run the figures and that coin has a life of less than 4 years.  combined with the early adopters getting straight into the "bonus" blocks while hlf the globe slept.

What I would suggest you do, is dust off your calculator, run a few figures and work this kind of stuff out before you go posting garbage about other coins.

Ah another assclown that heard about crypto yesterday. That was announced, and had a fair release block scaling.  How can you even compare the two.

In the first few hours of this a few people were able to accumulate 10's of millions.

Plus the fact USDe you would have to mine about 10 blocks on average for 1 block of this.

You have no idea about fair release.  9 hours after announcement to get your miners to a coin??? that is not fair ?? please get back to mining your leafs lol. This coin is a replication of all instamined scams i have seen on here.  If you don't have millions your were scammed. If you think this is worth 150 you are insane.

If it really does start some kind of fund raising for saving the rain forests.... that could be it's saving grace.

I am comparing it to usde not saying that is the idea launch either.

MICROCOIN is the fairest release and block scaling yet....let's  hope it gets the attention it deserves in short order.

Its fair to say on all coins, you should ignore both the FUDers like Cryptotrader who spends all day every stamping on coins and the people saying it will be worth shitload in x days or after days.

Its worth what you are willing to buy/pay, nothing more, nothing less,

What is important right now is building services around the coin to make it usable and a worthwhile commodity for everybody, the price will take care of itself.

EDIT: sorry if it sounds like i'm slagging you off Cryptotrader, some of what you say makes sense in a way, just I've seen you in many coin threads just ripping into coins, most of us were taught "if you have nothing good to say, say nothing"

I agree. Also think we should get the foundation off the ground.
